Nikolai Petrov Novels & Stories

More than her grief, how could she withstand a room full of intimidating people? "Miss Laskin, please accept our heartfelt condolences on behalf of the Petrov family." The shaky voice interrupted her deep contemplation. She turns toward its direction to find the imposing patriarch. Despite being confined to a wheelchair, he appeared as intimidating as the others. Old age did not detract his ability to lead a powerful empire. Donny Petrov, the Petrov patriarch and Godfather of the Petrov Mafia.

He didn’t wait for another knock; with one swift motion, he threw open the door. And standing before him, in the hallway, was Nikolai Petrov the man whose name had haunted Adrian’s life for years. Nikolai was tall, built like a brick wall, with sharp features that gave him the air of someone who never smiled. His black suit seemed tailored to perfection, and his cold blue eyes never left Adrian’s face. His lips curled into a satisfied smile when he saw Adrian. “I see you’ve kept yourself busy, Cain,” Nikolai said, his tone mocking. “Running from the truth. Always running. How’s that working out for you?”

I continued, voice lowering, “but to rebuild and restructure.” “Rebuild what?” Kazuo asked. “The world thinks the YBA is crumbling.” I smirked gently then replied, “Let them, Because while the media watches the smoke, we’ll be moving underground.” I turned to the large iron door behind me. With a nod, it opened slowly—revealing a man in a dark navy suit, his presence cold, clean, and quiet. “This,” I said, pointing at him with my index finger.“is Nikolai Volkov. From Russia.”

"Petrov has that scar. Knife fight in Minsk, fifteen years ago." Viktor Petrov. I knew the name. Everyone in my world knew the name. He was a fixer, a middleman, a ghost who operated in the spaces between packs and syndicates and governments. He wasn't Malhorn, didn't have Malhorn's resources or his cruelty, but he was dangerous in his own way. He knew everyone. He sold to everyone. And he'd hated our family for as long as I could remember. "Why would Ariel meet with him?" Nikolai asked.

Adrian finally spoke, his voice calm. “When is Volkov moving next?” Petrov exhaled sharply, tilting his head back with a dry laugh. “If you think I will betray him, you don’t know me at all.” Nathan smirked. “Oh, we know you.” He pushed himself off the wall and took slow steps forward. “We know you are a man who enjoys power, but let’s be real right now, you have none.” He crouched slightly, leveling his gaze with Petrov’s. “So, tell me, why are you still pretending you have a choice?”

"What about him?" "His name is Victor Petrov. Russian oligarch, suspected arms dealer, and he's been at the club every Friday for the past month. Keith wants to know why." "You think he's planning something?" "I think everyone's planning something." Sofia fast-forwards the footage. "Watch how he interacts with the staff. See that? He barely acknowledges the servers, except—there. He slips something to that bartender." I watch the exchange, barely visible unless you're looking for it. "Money?"

" You know how much respect I have for you, Gio but if we were all to accept sorrys, don't you think our empires would have collapsed? " Giovanni was quiet. I was in awe of the power Nikolai was exuding. Despite being much younger than all of the mafia Dons in the room, he commanded respect. " What is it that you want Nik? " Gio asked. " Only those who are close to me call me Nik. You and I are not close, Gio so call me Nikolai or don't at all. As for what I want, I want nothing. My wife will decide what she wants to do about this whole situation. "

And among those was Petrov, one of the friends Nikolai made when he enlisted in the militia, who despite deeply despising the Romanovs for what they did to those omegas, blindly believing all the rumors on the street, Petrov separated Nikolai from all of them as he was a good friend of his and owed him many favors. Rising from his desk and walking in the direction of his friend, Petrov said, "I have enough... But I also have doubts." "Believe me, I have a lot of doubts too." Sighing softly, Petrov put on a table a couple of papers and a glass cup, the same one Nikolai had received from Ivan at the party, which he had kept after everything that happened. "Do you know what was in that glass?"

"He was shot by Russians, apparently some dude named Ivan Petrov. I've been trying to locate him for some time now but he kept moving from place to place so I gave up and just dealt with it, I guess" "Gave up?" He retorted. "You don't just give up; I'll help you find him. I have some men in Russia as we speak, who can help. Why didn't you tell me this sooner?" He asked with anger in his voice. "It doesn't matter, don't waste your time on him, I'm not one for revenge" I huffed out turning on my back so I wasn't facing him anymore. "Ivan is a ruthless man. He's killed children, Cassandra; I'm finding him whether you like it or not." I sighed and nodded, hoping he could see my nod.

he asked. She shook her head at first, then quickly nodded on second thought. She needed to know who she was dealing with. He rested back in his chair. "I'm all ears," he told her. "Who are you?" "My name is Donovan." "Faculty?" "Science." "Department?" "Engineering. I am studying petroleum engineering." She wasn't surprised. She had heard that most of the bad guys were in Engineering. "Year," she asked. "Third." She was disappointed. That meant he still had two years to go since engineering was a five-year course. If he was going to be her problem in the school, then this was a reason to feel disappointed.
