Bad Nanny

Bad Nanny

Claire must be bluffing! I, however, merely lowered my head and calmly wrote down every name. Without sparing him so much as a glance, I pulled out my phone and made a call. "Yes. All four of Bexley City's families: the Grants, the Wilders, the Cromwells, the Lowells. Great. I'll wait for your good news." When I ended the call, I took a slow step toward Austin. "It's true, no single corporation in this country could take you down. But what if it isn't a corporation? What if it's the government itself?"

BAD REPUTATION

BAD REPUTATION

“How bad was the day?” Olivia considered. “Scale of one to ten?” “Sure.” “Jack.” Tessa didn’t hesitate. “We’ll take six. To start.” The waiter nodded and disappeared. “Love that for us,” Isabella said, adjusting her bracelet. The shots arrived quickly. Clear liquid in neat little glasses, lime wedges on a small plate beside them. They didn’t wait. Glasses clinked. “To bad decisions,” Tessa declared. “To better ones,” Isabella corrected.

NOT A DOORMAT ANYMORE

NOT A DOORMAT ANYMORE

I need today's meeting to count. I set the phone face up on the bed and waited. The room was quiet. Ten seconds passed then twenty and then the three dots appeared. He was typing.

Unwanted No More

Unwanted No More

His eyes moved carefully from top to bottom, missing nothing. The licence plate was gone. Not bent. Not broken. Removed cleanly. Lucien crouched near the headlights. One of them was broken, part of it missing. His brows lifted slightly as he examined it. He mentally compared it with the broken piece he had picked up on the day of the accident. His lips curved faintly. They matched. He also noticed faint scratches along the body of the car—scratches that were easy to miss. Lucien took out his phone and snapped several pictures from different angles.

No Goodbye, Just Gone

No Goodbye, Just Gone

Jodie blinked shyly at the man in front of her. Kyson looked at her tenderly, and his tone was completely different from the coldness he showed me. "If you can't use it all, just keep it. I just feel like buying it for you." Jodie covered her lips and coyly complained, "That would be such a waste." A smirk played on Kyson's lips as he dismissed her concern. "If it's for you, it's never a waste." I stood nearby, nearly crushing the fabric in my hands.

Not Part Of His Plan

Not Part Of His Plan

he asked, his eyes raking her figure. She nodded and zipped down the overall to expose a white material. He sighed in disappointment, but soon take a sharp intake of breath when she removed the upper part to tie it at her waist, leaving the down part on. She was wearing a white tank top with no bra on, and the top molded to her breasts. She had a single trail of sweat come from the top of her neck, and it went down between her breast.

Broken

Broken

"I'm happy they're here finally." ****Sorry for the short chapter. Mind's been on a wild rollercoaster for a ride. I will not be responding to negative comments. I simply will find a way to block you from my books. I'm not forcing any of you to read, your negative comments are disrespectful not only to me but other readers who happen to be enjoying the read. Please just simply don't read if it's something you don't like. Thanks****

Broken Mate

Broken Mate

‘Oh shit only one thing could smell this good’ ‘Mate!’ my wolf yells in my head Just then I look up at the 5 guys sitting crammed in a booth. They are all muscular and the 3 sitting together looked uncomfortable. Just as I am about to ask their drink order and look around at each of them, I catch sight of the most beautiful pair of green eyes. This man is yummy, dark brown hair, clean shaven on the sides, longer and combed to the side on top and a five o’clock shadow, I just want to feel it rub between my thighs. It took me only a second to take him in and have that naughty thought. However in that second I saw his eyes go from intrigue to pure disappointment. I knew in that second he was m

Jessica Jones “Broken Mate” is a brilliant story that is a compelling read with a great storyline, wonderfully written & entertaining characters! Talk about an emotional roller coaster! I’ve laughed & cried. I must admit to wanting to inflict some pain on a certain alpha! Thanks Jessica!
Michelle
OMG it’s been a long time since I’ve read a book that I was emotionally invested in! It was incredible! I went from happy, to sad, to furious to excited to crying. I hated them & loved them, rooted for them & cursed them for being so stupid!! I only hope book 2 is at least half as good as this one!!
