Author’s pov Noah, a pot-bellied man in his mid-forties, held a half glass of crystal-clear wine in his right hand. His short stature and well-creamed hair gave him the appearance of a musician. A luxurious wrist watch adorned his right wrist, and his gaze was fixed on a large flat-screen TV. He was on the verge of laughter due to what he was watching when Diana entered the living room wearing a very short skirt.

I had awakened the curiosity pang within him. “Hello, beautiful one. Please don’t mind the rudeness of my brother, Daniel. He can be overwhelming sometimes. My name is Noah, and you are highly welcomed to the lycan community.” Noah stated, stretching his hand toward me for a handshake. I looked down at the hand, and had to control myself with all the power in me, from spitting on it. Diana rolled her eyes, before looking up to me.
