Bonded to the Bastard: My Rejection, His Obsession

Bonded to the Bastard: My Rejection, His Obsession

They came for the charm, I guessed. Two weeks later, I was still here. I was working at The Novel Grind, a bookshop that also sold coffee. Even better, I got the small apartment upstairs. My new boss used it for storage for years, so it was a mess of boxes. Still, it was mine. I loved it.

Destined to be His

Destined to be His

He laughed, shaking his head as he waited for a response. I just stared at him blankly. Shaking myself off that memory, I got up, “No, mine are just Meeh! Surely not as cool as yours, anyway!” I could tell that he still wanted to venture more into that topic, but I was just not...ready. “I love this apartment more; it really suits you.” I inspected the French inspired large apartment complex. It was truly breath taking. I kid you not. Noah had truly found a gem, in this busy city filled with old monotonous white looking buildings they called modern.

In The Arms Of Mr. Billionaire

In The Arms Of Mr. Billionaire

This was a habit of his—to find something extracurricular whenever he was going through matters of the heart. The apartment was a modest two-bedroom located in a lively neighborhood, full of energy and color. The streets were lined with small shops, cafes, and bustling markets. Neighbors chatted on street corners, children played until dusk, and the scent of fresh coffee and baked goods mingled in the air. The apartment itself was on the third floor, with large windows that allowed the sunlight to pour in, highlighting every corner of the space.

A Reckless Dream

A Reckless Dream

Everything was getting more and more complicated. She ordered dinner and looked around the one-bedroom apartment. A spacious kitchen with sparkling modern appliances, a huge balcony with a swing, and a cozy living room made it a better place than her room in Escapades. How could such an apartment be free? Was she taking advantage of Gavin’s kindness?

My Ex-husband’s Regret: On his knees for me

My Ex-husband’s Regret: On his knees for me

CHARLOTTE ~•~ It didn’t take long for Briella to get approved for an apartment. It was kind of a big deal because it was her first apartment. She’d been living with her parents and after they died, she’d lived with my parents all her life. Her new apartment was nice. It was a small two-bedroom unit in a quiet neighborhood not too far from our new house. It wasn’t, but it had a decent kitchen, a small balcony, and enough space for George to have his own room. When she told me the news over the phone, her voice was shaky with a mix of relief and nerves. “I can’t believe it,” she said. “They actually said yes.”

Iron Serpent Chronicles

Iron Serpent Chronicles

Saint asked as he came up behind me. I nodded. Torn between tears and giggles, a watery snort escaped before I could calm myself down. Perfect copies of my apartment sat like some kind of building project a little kid put together. Rows upon rows, columns after columns of my apartment lined the street. And they weren't only covering the warehouse where Scarlet used to hide away. No, these apartments were running the length of the street in both directions. Stacked about five apartments high along the full length of it. The worst part was the fact that the wall that faced the street...huge walls of windows. Anyone walking down the street could see into them.

Possessive CEO: Chasing Me Back

Possessive CEO: Chasing Me Back

I asked as I scanned each apartment building we passed. “It doesn’t seem to be on this block. Let’s try looking in the next block over,” Robert replied. “It’s called the New Hill Apartment. The apartment building is dominated by gray paint and has a modern design. Ah, it looks like the building in front of there,” I pointed. “I think you’re right, Miss,” Robert replied. He drove the car to a tall, modern-looking apartment building near a convenience store and coffee shop. “OK. We’ve arrived. Let’s go, Miss,” Robert invited me.

Pearl of his Heart

Pearl of his Heart

It caught her by surprise and threw her into a temporary trance but once he turned away, she broke out of her reverie. He really is an idiot, she sighed inwardly. …. Yang and Lim were at a dingy little apartment at the city’s downtown. The building they entered was rented to tenants at very cheap rent. Each unit consisted of only one room and a small bathroom and the building was situated in a narrow alleyway right next to the local market.

Wow- a different type of romance. It has a hint of supernatural that led away from its cliche troupe. I am looking forward for Jason and Alya's progress in romance. The grammar is good as well. I look forward to more chaps!

This books needs to be on top. As expected of teatae, she never disappoints with her suspense and mystery along with the romance which feels so real. Although it's more of a romance but its all worth it. I don't feel regret buying coins to read this gem. Why the review limit is so short though? 😭😭

Promised to The Don

Promised to The Don

It feels like learning how to know him all over again, except this time we both pretend we don’t remember the parts that are fucked up. One afternoon he takes me to see the apartment we found near campus. It’s smaller than most of the rooms in this mansion, but it feels warmer somehow. The living room has tall windows that let sunlight pour across the wooden floor, and there’s a narrow balcony that looks down at a busy street full of cafés and bookstores. I stand there imagining what it will feel like to wake up somewhere that actually belongs to me. Somewhere where I don’t have to worry about bodyguards, mafia politics, or arguments in marble dining rooms. At once I feel hollow, but only fo

The Beta's Other Mate

The Beta's Other Mate

Anna could already feel the walls of her prison cell closing in on her. "What about the neighbours?" their new apartment was between two others. It almost seemed like she was taking a vacation outside of town. "They are friends," he mentioned. "They'll keep you safe." "Oh! Are you referring to those twins? Ezra and Eskel?" The door opened and he stepped aside, holding the door open for her. "Thanks," she walked in and took in the small apartment. Everything was already set up. There were three couches and a TV. There was a dining table next to the kitchen. She opened the fridge and she smiled when she saw it was well stocked.
