Carina's POV The dense forest enveloped me in its silent embrace as I ventured into the unknown. The moon cast its silvery glow, guiding my path through the labyrinth of trees. Each step echoed my internal turmoil, resonating with the betrayal I'd just witnessed in Nathan's room. A gust of wind whispered through the leaves, carrying the scent of pine and earth. I walked, unsure of my destination, driven only by the need to escape the pain that clung to WormWood Pack's territory.

The smell of the forest after the rain hit my nose, soothing my previously tense nerves. It had been too long since I last walked around and enjoyed the atmosphere of the Black Eye Forest. Black Eye was an enormous tropical forest and a rich, mysterious ecosystem. The danger and death of the forest made surviving in it a tough challenge. Therefore, it was a solid natural defense layer of our pack, the Blue Camellia pack.

Sebastian POV The fire crackles softly in the center of the small campsite we chose for the night. It seemed to come quickly. Honestly, I thought I’d have gotten to Amara by now. But it would seem that isn’t the case. It’s night 2 in the dark forest. The fire's orange light pushed back the darkness just enough to make the clearing feel safe. Not warm exactly, but safe enough to breathe again. After the cavern.. I’ll take it. That was goddess awful. I swear it to the moons.

She instructed her best friend and rushed to the bathroom. "What's this?" Tasha found something on her desk. she picked up the booklet and turned the pages, "A new novel?" she exclaimed. "Wait!" Arielle shouted from the bathroom, she had the habit to write it down instead of typing her stories, she used her gift to write 2-3 chapters of her new novel last night before going to bed. She rushed out with the toothbrush still on her hand. "Give that to me." "Nope. You're writing a new novel? A romance novel at that?" Tasha ran around the room reading the notes.

The Night That Chose Her ••• The forest of Nightbrae never slept. Its living roots shifted beneath the soil, gently probing, seeking, as if it could sense the pulse of every creature within its reach. Leaves rustled without wind, branches bent toward unseen paths, and the faint glow of moonfire radiated softly from the trunks of ancient trees. Yet tonight, the forest’s watchfulness felt different. It was tense, expectant, like a predator waiting for prey to stumble.

CHAPTER 24 That place he was told that he will get Ogrism food, intense forest, in an attempt to get away from it all; have always never loved the forest, as it has really taken him through a lot. As he stood there taking in the sights and scents of the forest he began to realize how long Matendechere has taken, now the place truly looked isolated this really was, which was why he chose to get out that place as fast as he could. Since his child hood, Abednego has been hearing about this evil forest called Igodo, now he is out here, deep in the forest itself, the only things he could hear were the harmonious sounds of nature.

But I definitely did not eye-rape him. "I am so sorry." I mumbled. Is the universe against me or something? "I wasn't looking and-" Okay, maybe I did a little bit of eye-raping. I mean, who could blame me? He's gorgeous. He has sandy blonde hair with some brown highlights. His face is just... pure perfection. Then I realised something that made me frown. Something that made memories of him come back. His eyes were a shade of forest green. Forest freaking green. Ashton. Oh god. I'm not even kidding, I am going to cry.

The Dark Forest is a vast area of woodlands so thick that the sunlight ever hardly penetrates through the canopy. Even when the sun is high up in the sky at noon, the heart of the Dark Forest is only ever as bright as the dawn breaking and never really fully committing to a full morning. Because sunlight barely gets through, the forest gets colder the deeper one goes inside. Because of this and some other reasons, the forest has become home to various creatures that are barely seen outside. Creatures that could only be known in books and are considered to be merely created by fantasy.

FLAME UNWRITTEN POV: Nya, Maera, Echo of the Realm. The Mountain Forest—Three Years Later The forest breathed around her. No fire. No shadows. Just morning dew and birdsong. Nya walked alone, a satchel slung loosely over one shoulder, her boots softened by pine needles. The trees rose like quiet sentinels, their trunks old, their leaves younger than memory. There was no trail here. And that was the point.

Finishing their long and tiring journey towards their new home, Suzan, Sophia and Zack reached the "Forest of Cessation!!!!". A forest where the trees were mangled, and jagged rocks were jutting out of the ground, it was dark even during the day, and very calm, they couldn't even hear birds chirping. Something seemed a bit off and there were no animals seen so far. "Finally we're here" Suzan exhaled. "This forest... it's so deep..not to mention eerie too" Sophia whimpered " just what exactly is this place.... it doesn't seem like our usual wilderness and I haven't seen any animals so far".
