Elle sat at her table and stared at the laptop, “A romance novel, eh?” She heaved a sigh shaking her head, “What the point it was all cliche, he ate my ears complaining how bad it was.” She pouted sulkily. She opened the laptop regardless and placed her fingers on the keyboard, she closed her eyes and took a deep sigh, “Fine, let’s give it a go,” She nodded determinedly. With the start of the novel, her fingers moved in a flow, the words went in a flow, she spent her day and night in front of the laptop, 3 weeks later, her book was done, she wiped her tears as she stared at her completed manuscript.

Althea stood at the mirror admiring the necklace. "This is beautiful." I laughed. "Are you okay now? You gave us a fright." "I'm fine. Have you seen Lily around?" "The doormat? I did see her. I pointed at the door, “The ‘LK,’ what does it mean?” She looked at the writing, then back at me. “Oh! It means Lycan King.” She revealed. Of course! Leave it to Lucian to use any means to brag. Like, what was the reason for putting that on the door when everyone already knew he was the Alpha? It wasn’t like anyone was opposing his position.

Indianna walked into the kitchen where Lily was waiting for her, sat at the dining table. "Have you got it?" Lily demanded. "I've spent far too long here already." Indianna placed the children's book in front of her. "What sort of key are you looking for?" "I have no idea," Lily muttered and opened the door, her eyes darting back and forth and she scanned the pages. "Where did you hear about this?" Indianna wondered as Lily turned another page. "I'd never even heard of the Royals until Laura gave me this book."

After seeing some files, I get another text from Kathy in bold letter to meet her for lunch otherwise she will sue my company for taking up most of her friend's time. I go to leave but see Lily still deep in work. I ask her to have lunch with me as it is her first day and so far she is doing very good. But she refuses me politely saying she has some prior commitments. Well I do too. I go to nearby restaurant and wait for her to come. Kathy is my high school best friend and also girlfriend of my other best friend Vance. They got married last year on Christmas. She right now lives in Long Island with him and is boss of her small but very famous event management company.
