The omega second chance : the lycan's mercy.

The omega second chance : the lycan's mercy.

"The Deep Trenches... Oh, child. Kaelen hasn't just poisoned the water. The fool has broken a seal." "What seal?" I pressed, my heart quickening. "Martha, what is sleeping beneath the ocean?" Before she could answer, the heavy iron doors of the archive flew open, slamming against the stone wall with a echoing crash. Silas stood in the doorway. He was coated in a layer of fine mountain snow, his chest heaving as if he had run the entire distance down from the high ridges. His golden Alpha eyes were blazing with a volatile mix of fury and sheer, unadulterated terror. He looked past Martha, his gaze locking directly onto me.

Claimed By My Husband’s Best Friend

Claimed By My Husband’s Best Friend

Then I bursted out laughing. “You want me to think about Nova?” I said. “The girl I am not even attracted to?” “Yes,” Silas said. “Because you are not attracted to her at all. So once you think about her, your desire will die immediately on the spot. It is the perfect cure.” I shook my head and laughed again. “You are a clown.” Silas grinned. “But I am a smart clown.” I let out a breath and rubbed the back of my neck. The tension in my shoulders eased slightly, but the knot in my chest was still there.

Moonlit Betrayals

Moonlit Betrayals

I find Silas in his office frowning at a stack of papers and I can just imagine that he is probably trying to figure out Eli’s finances. Silas has been trying to move the money to one bank account, but Eli had so many bank accounts that it’s a royal mess. I take a seat on the arm of his chair and kiss the top of his head. He leans back and closes his eyes, sighing for a moment. “Hey beautiful. I hope your day was better than mine.” He opens his eyes and I smile, waving the book about. Interest sparks in his eyes as he takes it from me and I show him what we found.

Was the Baby Why You Called It Off?

Was the Baby Why You Called It Off?

he said flatly, "You refused, and now you're here bothering Chally?" Hearing the disdain in his tone, tears welled up in Nora's eyes. "I'm pregnant with your child! I've worked tirelessly to bring you business deals, and now I'm here begging Chally to stop targeting you. Despite this, you're planning to abandon me and the baby?" A flicker of guilt appeared on Silas's face, which only made me laugh mockingly. Nora was clever—her words not only tarnished my reputation, but also painted herself as selfless and noble.

The Billionaire’s Deaf Wife

The Billionaire’s Deaf Wife

MARIA I opened my eyes, squinting, trying to adjust to the dim light that barely touched the dark room. My gaze darted around in confusion and wonder. Where was I? My heart began to thud, loud and uneven, fear rising in the corners of my chest like smoke I couldn’t breathe through. I tried to call out Elias’s name, but my voice… wasn’t heard. Huh? Elias! The words formed, but they didn’t come out. My lips moved, but silence mocked me.

Dear Ex-husband; You'll beg for me

"Charles knew that. That is w‌hy he is back there and‌ w‍e are here." The‌ silence t‌hat‌ foll‌owed was heavy and suffocat‌ing. It was filled only by the mechanical breathin‌g of the machine. I watched the way the light from the p‌assing‌ streetlamps flickered across Silas's face. He looked so fragile. This is such an interesting book, and the characters are really good. Jane is that one friend anybody should have, and then Elara who was called barren was finally going to be having her baby. It's a pity her husband had to cheat on her with her step sister. Overall the story is really good.

Honestly I love that she had a friend like Jane, I love her personality. I love how I could feel every emotion you tried to put into words and everything played like a movie in my thoughts. This is such a good read. Kudos dear author...️

Inima Luna ( English version )

Inima Luna ( English version )

Malinao Island, Catanduanes I was walking here on the beach to pick up shells not far from our house when I saw something that looked like something on the shore so I went straight to it. I was surprised to see that it was not an object but a lifeless person so I was afraid of falling behind. I couldn't believe what I was seeing because it just happened, I deliberately looked around to see if there were people here but there were none. Mom was at home and cooking lunch I wanted to run away because I was scared but my curiosity got the better of me and I approached the person who was lying in the sand.

Beneath the Howling Pines

Beneath the Howling Pines

“I trust his heart. But I think he’s afraid I won’t be strong enough to carry the truth.” Mara’s eyes softened a little. “He may be right about a lot of things. But not about that.” I nodded, silent. Then my wolf stirred. Nyx lifted her head inside me, ears twitching. He’s coming. I turned toward the path through the trees, and a few seconds later, Silas emerged. His expression was unreadable, jaw tight, clothes damp with sweat and mud from whatever hell he’d been walking through. The moment our eyes met, my heart stumbled.

HE'S NOT REAL, BUT HE'S MINE

HE'S NOT REAL, BUT HE'S MINE

"How long did it take you to notice he doesn't show up in mirrors?" "A day." "I noticed in an hour. Watched him walk past the hallway mirror and saw nothing but empty space where he should have been." Juno unwound from the couch, standing with liquid grace. They were taller than Marcus expected, willowy and ethereal. "You're not crazy, if that's what you're wondering. Silas is real. Or he was. It's complicated." "Stop talking in riddles." Marcus stood too, frustration mounting. "If you know something about him, just tell me."

Nathaniel sneered, "Old Mr Silas, is this how you show your love for her?"
