Novel Sky App Novels & Stories

In the mean time I will place ' *** ' at the beginning and end of the mindlinked dialogue just so it makes sense for context. There are many times when Sky is talking to someone and mindlinking others. Typically with Lil when they are badmouthing someone. As the story reaches the end this will be mor crucial. Let me know if it is helpful or just distracting. Thanks for reading and sticking with me this far into Sky's journey! I appreciate all of you.

Bobbie lets out a grunt, "Maybe Uncle Rocky has some?" "Yeah, let's go upstairs," she says, so we go there. His apartment is empty at the moment, but Rocky has turned into a super dad in the last week and he has a fully stocked kitchen. I steal some of his cocoa and a few other things I might need, but as we're walking out, I see something that catches my eye. Rocky's tablet… which is connected to his phone…which can communicate with Sky. I send Bobbie back down and grab it, then I start reading the messages between them.

It was a Sunday afternoon yet the sky was gloomy. The sun that’s supposed to dazzle is nowhere to be found and the cold breeze blew on my way. I’ve watched the news last night, they said it will be a clear day today but the sky shows otherwise. We’ve decided to celebrate our friend’s birthday in the garden but we will have a hard time now that the rain threatens to pour down. “Hey, can you help me decide which design suits the theme the most? I need to finish this before Unira arrives,” my friend uttered.

An obsidian stone is inside my seal, and the guards fall over themselves to let us inside once they know who I am. The wall is ridiculously tall, made of thick, reinforced steel. I crane my neck back, move my hair back to see it all. The portly guard pulls a lever, and a portion of it lowers. Clunky and groaning, the ice flys out, the gate forcing its way open. The gate lowers completely, warm water slowly trickles out, and the inside of Estate Eclipse is steaming. I grab onto Dante and he helps me past the blocks of ice until we cross the other side of the gate.

But the words stopped at the tip of my tongue. Beep. The unit door had already chimed softly; Skyden had stepped out, leaving me alone in the silence of the room, which suddenly felt far too vast. I immediately grabbed my phone from the nightstand, opening Noah's secret tracking app to monitor his movements. The red dot on the screen showed Skyden's coordinates moving away from the thirteenth-floor corridor, taking the elevator down, leaving the building, and heading at a steady pace toward a twenty-four-hour convenience store across the street. The man wasn't lying.

I've waited a long time for this. Me: I'm also happy, Sky. It feels perfect. I reply to him with a smile on my face. Sky: Sweet dreams, Trouble. Dream of me. I've been dreaming of you for so long, now it's your turn to dream of me. Me: What kind of dreams are those? Sky: They're wild. But don't worry, I'll show you soon. Now good night. Me: Good night, Sky. See you tomorrow.

Nina said to Sky. “What happened?” I asked. What are they talking about? “We are at the mall. Nina called your name twice but you didn't respond. What happened?” he asked in concern. I was thinking about the stupid devil. “Nothing, let's go," I said, smiling and dismissing it. “First let's go and buy you a new phone," said Sky. “Yeah let's go. Then we can hang out and have lunch together” Nina said excitedly. “Jane, I can buy that for you,” Sky said in a pleading voice.

“I am sorry, but please, could any of you tell me, what is the reason for this gathering?” Sky was trying to wrap her head over the arrivals of another two Alphas, she had known of Alpha Payne for a year. They had a conversation over email or social media. Thankfully, her grandparents still let her have the latest technology, like the cellphone or laptop. She needs it to get her education and get taught by the best professors from every part of the world, but still, it is limited.

Lyle was just as happy to be out of there as I was. *** I forgot how beautiful the sky in Montana was, and when it came into view, tears filled my eyes. I was finally home, and it felt so damn good. Anaconda was the town I grew up just outside of. There were nine thousand people here, but many local ranches around the outskirts. The sight of the mountains took my breath away. The sun drifted closer to the mountains as it began to set. It would be dusk by eight o'clock. “Where are we, Mommy?” Lyle asked.
