Drax, made from wild fungi and ethanol, was banned within the city limits but could be legally purchased and consumed in the Drock. Mother’s message was particularly relevant today, as my age now permitted me entry. Her second message was not to take unnecessary risks on the ice peaks I planned to climb, a message she knew I always ignored. The third was one I had received continually since my early childhood: “Skye, do not, under any circumstances, exercise your powers and bring attention to yourself.” I had asked why many times, only to receive the same answer. “Because I forbid it.” Or, as I grew older, “Because we have a special ability that can be dangerous and must be concealed.”

They may not like me, but at least when they're near, other students can't kill me. Ahead of me, Rowan, Seyla, and Lyra, all link arms as they giggle in excitement. I slow my pace slightly to keep a distance. I don't want my sour mood to bring down theirs. I glance up at the night sky, and I gasp. I stop walking altogether as I take in the millions of stars lighting the sky. I almost forgot how beautiful the night sky is.

The person on the other end hesitated but then let out an exasperated breath. "Alright. Kindly tell her that Agent S called to inform her that the sky is in danger. Code red. We need her help ASAP! I hope she responds as soon as possible for the sky is about to go through another phase of the moon. "Oh! Before I forget, do tell her that the chick needs the hen. Its vulnerable to the attack of the eagle. Needs protection of the mother hen. Thank you sir. Have a nice day or night. Whichever it is where you are."

Sky: I'm hard again just thinking about today. I swallowed, closing my phone screen for a moment. My heart was now pounding against my chest. I could feel the hotness seeping out of my body. What am I doing? My phone beeped again, and even though I just wanted to end this conversation, I clicked on the screen. Sky: Wanna see my dick? what? yes, I want to see, but I wasn't going to tell him that. That was a huge downgrade to my personality. I haven't even received such a thing from Lara. So, NO.

The sun bright light was falling on her face which made her wake up. She sat up on her bed, stretched her both arms and was about to get up from the bed, when a notification popped up on her screen showing the sender ID. It was a message from Leo saying that "meet me at my office". To which Ella replied," Like I will obey you". She placed her mobile on her bedside table and went to the bathroom to get a shower to clear her mind. Jenny was also awake at that time and was making breakfast for both of them.

Sky, he said, began to suppress signals that he was upset being played by Casya. “Let’s be quiet, dong. Relax it first. If you want to know, where are you going to take me? Or, I would like to say, “Well, I’ll be able to do something like that, but I’m sure it’s going to happen.” “What do you do? How do I take you around Jakarta?” his offer. “Hem, how is it?” Casya still thought, but then Sky replied, “That’s the moment, the point.” and click. The call ended.

I got into the car, turned on my phone, and saw messages from my friends. [Why are you trending? That woman next to your fiancé is an internet celebrity. Did you know?] [Are you okay, Chloe? Someone just sent me photos. How could Owen flaunt his mistress in front of you? What a jerk!] [That woman keeps talking about how some man loves her so much and buys her everything. Turns out, it's Owen.] [I can't believe it. Owen never had a woman around before. We all thought he was so clean, and now he suddenly has a lover?]

The cold rain lashed against my face, yet I felt not the slightest trace of chill. I had just taken out my phone when Charlotte O'Brien's call came through. Seeing the words "Her Majesty" on the screen, a wave of nausea rose in my throat. I accepted the call. Charlotte's voice was as cold and unwavering as ever, as though the woman who had just been flirting at 30,000 feet was someone else entirely. "I want a brand-new pair of Givchi black stockings. Have them delivered to the aircraft in ten minutes," she ordered.

Since we weren’t wearing any of our water gears, I can safely assume that it doesn’t involve swimming. Hopefully. Skyr fished something out of his pocket. It looked like a short metallic pen with a red button at the tip of it. He pressed it once and it started glowing. “Alright. I think it is safe to talk now.” He says. The others seemed confused while Byron and I exchanged glances. It would seem that we have the same idea of what Skyr was trying to do. “Talk? General, if it is just that then we could have talked back in Atlantis.” Gray said.

She decided to report it to Farrah after her appointment with that man Bill Sky. “I just missed you. Let’s grab dinner together later. Okay?” Arabella continued without giving Farrah a chance to ask ‘where?’. Farrah without any hint replied excitedly, “Sure! I will see you later.” Arabella ended the call with relief and exited her apartment. Sky Corporation is the tallest building in Capital Z.
