Then, when both created their own warriors and armies, in the midst of wars, between the gods, between the Akkadians, during the great floods, they finally entered into a truce, after more than two thousand years of wars. When he sat down at the table, with her husband, that new stone god from another galaxy, who seemed to find out about his passions and what he was up to. - You have a piece in your hand, it gets ready very easily. – His wolf godmother Veronika said, handing him over to the two millenary gods, in which now, he thought of his future marriage, in which this brought a baggage of stories. His godmother reportedly told the vampire that he dared him to seduce his teacher.

“Like, the Goddess of Fertility and Harvest, or God of the Water or Wind… That’s what the Order of the Nexsis are against. They want their God and the way that they worship him to be the only god and the only way.” “In all the oldest stories, there are many, many gods and goddesses,” Niarthen replied. “Each with their own specialty and mischief. They inhabited this world, just as we do. Some within the water, some the earth, some the sky, some walked the land… But they were physical beings, capable of having children with all of the people of this world. And they did,” he chuckled. “They had many, many children.” “But there were always arguments between them. Sometimes these arguments would

The once innocent lad is now at the ripe age of ten years old and for five years, learning and living under the headmaster’s world. Within the smallest of rooms and on the bottom floor rest a space that has been lived in for nearly five years. There are two cots on opposite ends of the squared-off chamber and on each end right by the beds are a pair of twin desks. These davenports have been through endless generations of usages it seems. The top of the wooden surface has tally marks and names carved inside the framework. By the looks of it, a knife did most of the work. Its legs are thick and provide a foundation for the four legs to hold up the endless weight of others' subsequent life duri

She can only differentiate them through their sizes and colors so she has to diligently flip through each book’s first few pages to find out what the content of the story were even about. Proserpina goes through each book on the shelf slowly and mechanically, flips through the pages to try and find… at least something that will catch her interest–there was a story about the origin of soul mates, the concept of rebirth, the rise and fall of Elder Gods, Trojan War–only to no avail. It seems that most of the books Athena has been more on about history, serious matters than what is to be considered anything appropriate for a light reading.

She said rolling her eyes at me. ----- A long time ago, gods and mortals walked the world together, transversing and interacting without limitations of any kind. And I am not just talking about Greek gods, I mean all the gods. From Norse mythology to Japanese lore, every single god known and forgotten. You are probably wondering how this was possible seeing as gods are prideful and arrogant entities, though not all of them. Well, they didn't always get along. There were always scuffles for territory, worshipers, and intermarital affairs. But there were also periods of peace where gods from different lores worked together in harmony, sometimes creating special artifacts that held immense powe

How could she think about him when only moments before she was thinking about the hated Dave and how much she feared him? She flipped her laptop open again and decided she’d continue with her children’s books, the Sacred Sword series, urban fantasy stories about a brother and sister who found themselves in the Himmapan world where the heaven and earth were at war, gods and demons fought for power, and amongst them were creatures like the naga, garuda, and hanuman who aided the two children in their journey to save this world.

“A story about the gifts that the Gods and Goddesses bestowed upon us.” Gods? Goddesses? The thought itself was so ridiculous that I wanted to laugh. There were no Gods! There were no Goddesses! Just devils wearing human skin. Because if there had been Gods and deities in real life, so many of us wouldn’t suffer every single day, struggling to stay alive. But instead of telling Caroline all of that, I simply nodded my head at her. “Go on.” A small smile formed on her lips, as if she was about to tell me some kind of fantastic tale that was filled with heroes and dragon-slaying knights. I was only listening to her because I knew none of this was real. It just couldn’t be.

Not enough sex and violence to get a book deal. Even Christianity has the Father, Son and Holy Ghost. Although I’ve always felt the Holy Ghost didn’t get much of a look in. You’d think he’d at least get his own book in the New Testament. The Adventures of the Holy Ghost. I’d read it. Would prefer it as a graphic novel where he solves crimes, obviously. “We are all one. Including the one you call Joshaya.” “Then why did you leave him out there?” I felt I was finally getting to some answers.

Then there were the gods who came to being. These gods were usually born from something dark, and were usually already a living being. Such as the god of death. Fallen/cast out gods were already bottom of the barrel in the eyes of the divine. Imagine one who's brought into the world by nothing but negativity. In the eyes of the divine th

Hikaru added from the sidelines. " No, Rhane is the creator of Versions." Amber shook her head. " What?!" Manor and I exclaimed as we both poked our heads out of our huddle. " Yeah, a long time ago, long before the war of the gods for the one true god. The gods were having a cold war against each other. Asil Luna Goddess of Healing and Lexi Bathory God of Virtue against Exinious, God of War, and Helder Lord of the underworld. The only one that stayed neutral was Zagerust, the God of curiosity. He's the only one that remained friends of the two sides, but he was easily distracted by his curiosity that he couldn't stop the cold war." Amber started the tale with a nod.
