Obligations And Contracts Novels & Stories

"I'll help you mom." "But why are you here? I heard that you got married to a billionaire. Why have you come back here?" She asked. How was I supposed to explain to her? "Mom, we were not supposed to get married, it was a contract." I explained gently. "A contract? I don't understand. What's that?" "A contract is a legally binding document between at least two parties that defines and governs the rights and duties of the parties to an agreement. A contract is legally enforceable because it meets the requirements and approval of the law."

“If I had agreed earlier, I wouldn’t have had to suffer for so long.” I placed the contract back on the table and asked Leo, “These are all the terms, right? You will carry out everything written here?” Leo tilted his head slightly as he looked at me. He was silent for a moment before replying, “That’s right. I will carry out everything in the terms immediately after our marriage. Of course, you must also fulfill your obligations as clearly stated in the contract.”

" You might already know about my bad reputation and..." " Enough!" I scowled. " I do hate you but you're still my wife, be it a contract or whatever. I can't run away from my husband's duties and you can't either." " As long as the contract is in action, you are obligated to perform your wife's duties." " Which are ?" She asked, raising her left eyebrow. " Everything one wife does for a husband, including physical satisfaction," I groaned, unbuttoning my upper buttons. I was feeling hot and turned on just by hearing Bella's sensual voice.

The one that had caught her attention from the very beginning. “If either of us says ‘I love you,’” he read slowly, each word careful and deliberate, “the contract terminates automatically. No negotiation. No exceptions. No take-backs.” “I need to understand why,” she said. “Really understand.” He set down the contract. Leaned back in his chair. For a long moment, he was quiet. “Love changes things,” he finally said. “It creates obligations that contracts can’t define. Expectations that rules can’t capture. When you love someone, you start to need them in ways that can become… dangerous.”

I said but he shut the door behind him immediately he walk out. I sit on the bed and my eye went through documents. Section 1: Obligation Whenever Party A request for s*x Party B mustn't give any excuses about it. Likes seriously? That actually the first thing on the contract. I read till the last page and I know my anger might explode anytime soon. "Bastard"I cuss, his signature is already there meaning once I sign it, I can't back out anytime. I walk out of the room and went in search of Rainal.

She nodded, expressing a mixture of concern and sadness. "Appreciate it, Janine. I'll have a conversation with her. Kindly direct her to my office and convey that Fabian is unavailable for any informal meetings without a prior appointment," I explained, my thoughts still occupied with questions about Denise and the reason behind her desire to speak with Fabian. When Janine left I pulled the contract they signed almost three years ago. For everything that is happening to them right now, this contract is already voidable. I tear them into pieces throwing them in my trash bin.

"Hmm." "Although I browsed it, and I saw that contracts are meant to expire. Is marriage contracts any different?" Leo blinked in thought. "Um, I think my and mommy's cases are different." Aria nodded. "OK, but what if it has an expiry date, does it mean you, and mom is not married?" Leo frowned, absorbed in thought at the statement. He has never thought about that. Never. He rubbed his hand on her back. "Stop thinking too much, princess. That's not something you should be thinking about."

I nod in recognition, “I get what you’re going through and no matter how tempting your offer sounds, I’ll have to reject it” “Why? No matter what you’re thinking, there’s no way you’ll be able to find someone who's willing to marry you in two months and won’t have ulterior motives. I’ll marry you, give you a child and I won’t be greedy” I smile, “follow me in” I say, holding out the door for her. All I needed to hear was that she considered it a business contract between two parties.

"You cannot risk yourself for your contractual wife, Adrien." "Oh, for god's sake, not you too!" He distanced himself from me and ran his hand through his hair. "I don't need to be reminded everyday that we are bound by a contract. Not by you, of all people." He released an exasperated sigh. "I thought we had been better than that." When his eyes zeroed to mine, I was met with a hint of disappointment. I gasped when he yanked me closer by my waist and slammed our bodies together.

Leo said as clenched his fist. "There is only one option Leo. If you want your father to believe you are responsible, you have to show him, and the only way is to get married." Diana said looking at her friend. "Diana, the last thing I want is to be tied down by the responsibilities of marriage. I don't like it. " Leo said with a frown on his face. "Hmmm,I'm not telling you to be tied down, what if you and the lady made an agreement? Like a contract that way the both of you gain." Diana said as she looked at Leo.
