I kneeled in front of him and gently took his hands in mine. "Only for a moment, but I'm right here with you. Use the mate bond to ease the pain and you'll be fine." I reassured. He nodded and took a deep breath. "Here goes." He sighed. "I, Elijah Black, Omega of the Midnight Pack, hereby cut all ties with the Midnight Pack and will become a Rogue." His face immediately contorted in pain and he put his hands on his head, groaning. I pressed my forehead against his and hoped that my presence might ease the pain a bit.

She jumps back quickly and punches me in the face. “Don’t you dare throw up on me Lillian fucking Blackwood, or I’ll fucking kill you like your bitch mother.” She roars. I spit blood on the floor, “I’m glad you found each other, I’ll get you the money and then you can let me go.” I growl.

“We've had this discussion countless times and you seem to be acting stubborn” Damian let out a sharp laugh, skeptical. “You’re joking, right?” “Do I look like a man who jokes?” “You’ve lost it.” Damian shook his head, a mocking smile tugging at his lips. “This company—Blackwood Enterprises—runs because of me. I’ve doubled our assets in the last five years, expanded into Europe, crushed competitors you couldn’t even touch in your prime. And now you’re telling me I’ll lose everything if I don’t… breed?”

Hades replied with a chuckle. Spitfire made a soft noise, making it clear Hades was open to putting his paws to good use.
