One Library Search Novels & Stories

I'm curious how people spend the majority of their time in this dreadful location. "Hey!" Liam appeared out of nowhere in front of me. "You frightened me!" He chuckled and inquired, "Did you find out anything?" "Yes, I have one. Here." I offered the book I discovered after searching an entire book shelf. "Okay. Let's have a peek over there." He led me to another location where we both searched together. "I found one!" With a smirk on his face, he showed me the book. Searching for a book is simple with him because he knows the library inside and out; he is a member of the library organisation, not because he is a scholar. After a while, we acquired the books I wanted from the library and chec

I stood up taking his pile of books and walked to the library. Once I returned the books, I started searching for the books on the list he gave me. Among the seven books, three of them were Mathematics textbooks, one was a history book and the last three were thriller novels. Luckily all the books were there in the library but it took me almost half an hour to find all the books.

The more I think about it, the more it sounds like a one-way trip back to the institution. Honestly, I wouldn’t even blame them. I sound crazy. But somewhere in my gut, I know I’m not. I just need to convince everyone else. I squash the voice in the back of my head reminding me I was certain last time too and look for somewhere a little less exposed. The library, converted from the old Anglican church they used to have on campus, looms over the quad. I barely ever go there because I got all my textbooks online, but I know there’s a section in what I think used to be a choir loft that only has one way in and out in addition to a view of the main floor. It’s perfect.

No cardigan draped over the chair, no stack of notebooks, no Li Han. That was normal, they told themselves. He hated noise . So the library it was. Except the library was silent and empty except for the librarian, who sat knitting something horrifically pink. No Li Han’s scent. No Li Han curled against a window with his nose in a book. Their faces twitched dangerously. They began the search—hallway by hallway, classroom by classroom, even the dusty art room where nobody went. They sniffed like bloodhounds trying to catch the faintest trace of vanilla-and-paper scent that clung to him.

So I patted Weston’s back as if to indicate not to mind them. When I flitted my eyes up to view the different signage of every section of this humongous library, I saw no category that grimoire could possibly go under. “Can you still see the specific spot where we can locate the grimoire? It will take us forever if we search every inch of this library,” I said, roaming my eyes around. “Unfortunately, that is all what my vision can give,” he responded. “I don’t know where we can find it, but it’s worth the try if we ask the registrar.”

I sat down and glanced at her, “ So class, today we will study about....” The Professor said after coughing and the boring as fuck class started. Classes were finally over, fu•k yes! “ We have all the books we need but one is missing, we need to go to the library again to collect that one.” Mason said while shoving the book list in his jeans pocket, I simply nodded my head. We entered the library and Mason greeted the librarian, “ Mr.Jude, we still have one book remaining.” Mason said and the guy smiled while saying,

replied Oliver. Marissa did not say anything. They stopped in front of a big building with library written on it in bold prints. Marissa was awe struck when they got inside. The library was big and equipped with modern technologies. “ What type of book are you looking for Luna?” asked Frank. “ It's okay. I can find my way. You can wait for me” replied Marissa. She did not want them to know that she was looking for books on witchcraft. “No Luna. Who will help you with carrying the books?” asked Oliver. Marissa laughed.

Carline shouted and waved at the man while smiling so I lowered her hand. I looked at Astrielle and she just snorted as if unaffected. Alas! we finished our enrollment at one o'clock and we went round and round until we ended up in the school library. I went to the history area and asked the librarian about Lycans and other books with regards to wolves while my two friends are at the main library sofa. "We don't have any records about the Lycans, but maybe the museum has them. There are books there that are not in the town's archives. Don't tell others that I said it, because I might get caught..." said the librarian.

"Lea said, Lea went to the library; it was quiet in the library. But it was precisely what she needed. She thought about her past, she thought to herself. '' I am not that same little girl anymore. I have nothing to be afraid of, Vin. "Lea said, Lea was heavy in thought that she didn't realize that she couldn't find law book 254. Lea decides to head to the back of the library. As she was looking, she notices that someone else was in the library and the next row over, so she went to the next row and saw Nolan looking for a book. But he was looking in the wrong section.

Lewis, the school librarian, smiles when she sees me. "Working on another history project?" I force a smile. "Something like that." "What are you looking for today?" "Old student newspapers." She points toward the computer section. "Everything is archived there now." "Thanks." I sit in front of one of the old computers and begin typing. The screen loads painfully slowly, making me tap my fingers against the desk while I wait. I search for articles about the night Jayden is attacked. Dozens of results appear, and spend almost an hour reading every headline, every interview, and every report.
