A stern captain stood at the head table, tall and imposing, with short hair and a scar on his jaw that looked like a ruler. His eyes moved over people and stuck to nothing. These particular warriors were exceptional in those magic areas. With so many Fae warriors, we were only introduced to the four Captains. Each Captain had a unique story and supernatural ability. There was Vesper, a skilled archer with the power to bend shadows to her will. Next was Malik, a shapeshifter capable of transforming into any animal he desired. Then, we were introduced to Selene, an elemental sorceress who wielded the power of earth. Finally, there was Lysander, whose specialities were determining what the enemy combatants were most likely to do, and creating illusions to confuse enemies.
