Onyx Powers Novels & Stories

Any child they had would inherit a combination of each parent’s abilities, which is exactly what happened with Nox. While his mother, the late Luna, had the ability to Dream Walk, Nox’s father had something even more powerful. To our kind, the ability is known as Persuasion. It’s unofficial name: Mind Control. Nox and his father could make anyone do anything, and all it took was a split second of eye contact. Teen Nox would’ve never used Persuasion on anyone, but clearly I wasn’t the only one that had changed.

said Baron as he addressed me while we walked in the woods. "I don't know what to say. I honestly have no idea about who I am or the limits of my abilities" I replied. "Don't worry about that Laura. That is why I have developed a plan. You see, straight ahead is the small building of a woman we call the Oracle. She is a werewolf but she is neutral. She doesn't support or belong to any pack. She has the special ability of seeing into someone's real identity and their future. I am taking you to her now, before we begin your training. I need to know the exact kind of creature that you are before I train you. I greatly sense that you are more special than the lot of us" said Baron.

"I can see it. It's a reddish energy." "See it? What do you mean?" "How goes the training?" The sound of the snake's voice rattled me. "Eeek!" My tail frizzed and I jumped. "Didn't mean to startle you." "Uncle Salax, why is the tension so bad between you two?" Erys, Astra and Len joined our group, thankfully. "So, Nyx, have you found out her powers?" "I have." Something else to talk about! "She can create demons and portals. Right now, she's talking of seeing energy."

He was unharmed—not even bruised—but his eyes were wide with shock. I stared at my hands, turning them over slowly. The palms still glowed faintly, golden light pulsing beneath the skin like a heartbeat. "What," Kael said slowly, getting to his feet, "was that?" "I don't—" My voice cracked. "I didn't mean to. You came at me fast and I panicked and then my hands just—" *Our true power awakens,* Nyx purred, her voice rich with satisfaction. *The Sun Wolf gifts, inherited from our bloodline. The pup accelerates the awakening.*

Selene smiled at me, “You are learning quickly. You are one of the few she wolves in existence who knows how to control her rage. You also know how to direct it to the appropriate person or entity. That is another reason that I chose you for Onyx. Your rage also acts as a magnifier for her abilities.” I asked, “So the angrier that I am, the stronger she is?” She nodded, “That is a perfect description. Onyx is an excellent Luna wolf. She is loving, caring, and passionately protective of her pack. She can make the pack members feel completely protected and safe, while she is fighting with the ruthlessness of a monster.”

"Behold, the power of the immortal fruit!" He drank the liquid, and his body began to glow with an otherworldly light. He grew taller and stronger, and his eyes turned red with power. "Come, then, if you dare!" he shouted, charging towards us. We fought with everything we had, but Oxacr was too powerful. He knocked us aside like rag dolls, his strength seemingly limitless. I could feel myself growing weaker by the second, and I knew that we were running out of time. We had to find a way to stop him before he destroyed us all.

You are the man now, and I count on you. "Yes daddy." In a few seconds, Xander freed the kids and my mate with his magic powers. Onyx and the other held each other's hands, and Onyx closed his eyes and focused his energy on the mission. and in one minute, they disappeared into thin air. "Let's get out of here and get ready for the war against my parents."

I will never doubt it a day in my life – I won’t because only a man in love would go to the lengths Orrin went to; to save me. “What happens now?” Orrin asks while wrapping an arm around my waist. I hold onto him, scared to let go. Onyx steps forward with Seamus and Mythius. The first Dragon, Wolf, and Vampire, all here to lord it over us. Before their power was ripped from me, I would have lost it and hurt them. As it is, I don’t have the energy to keep my eyes open. “The power has been returned,” I hear Onyx say. “Your mate, however, caused much devastation.”

He purses his lips but walks back around to see what the doctor was doing. I called Tina to the front of my mind. I knew the silver had pushed her back and was hard to heal. She was faintly in my mind, “Can you help heal some of the infection?” I ask her. “I am weak, Jenna, but I will try to help,” she says as she recedes back in my mind. I can feel what strength she has join with mine to focus on the area in my back. I am a strong healer, but she is a stronger wolf and can withstand more than the average wolf can when it comes to wolfsbane or silver. It still affects her, but the effects wear off faster.

I protested. He let out a sigh. "Dear Luna of the Dark Moon pack!" His voice rose, causing several heads to turn in our direction. "You can tap into your latent abilities if you learn how to fight. As a member of the Dark Moon pack, we need someone like you who can safeguard the entire pack from evil. Your hidden powers within you are a tremendous asset, just waiting to be unleashed." "Hidden powers?" I asked in astonishment, racking my brain to recall any such incident. I could only remember howling at the moon and granting the entire werewolf race an extra surge of strength.
