But that wasn’t what stole my breath. Standing before us, massive and impossible in the rooftop lights, was a dragon. A silver-scaled, ancient-eyed dragon. Watching us. Calm. “Soren,” I breathed, my voice barely there. “He’s called Obsidian. He’s a friend,” Soren said proudly. “He’s our ride.” Before I could decide if I was hallucinating, he was lifting me onto the creature’s surprisingly comfortable, leathery back. Obsidian shifted, muscles rolling beneath us, and then—with a single, mighty push of his wings—we were airborne.

Two scarlet dragons danced around his hands, elongating until they were 100 feet, sailing toward Logan. The Orbis Cult mainly trained with psychic power. Domitor's psychic dragons were the technique with the most imposing aura among the seven great techniques. It was rumored that a master could conjure up 18 dragons in one go. Domitor was not at that level yet, but he was terrifying enough. Logan destroyed the scarlet dragons with a casual wave of his hand. The masses of psychic power were strong enough to break steel pillars, yet they broke as easily as though they were paper under Logan's palm.

They were arrogant and cocky towards her kind. "Reading too many fairy tales?" Drogo snorts. "We are dwindling in number. We have merged together. We aren't exactly picky about which jobs to take. Besides, Paiste isn't known for his peacekeeping ways." Selene eyes Drogo. "Who?" "Do you not know your history?" Drogo questions. "Paiste, the dragon that brought destruction to Celtic villages for vengeance? He is a fire dragon and has quite a temper. He rules our small hive and has quite a vendetta against wolves and vampires. Your witch handed him the perfect revenge on a silver platter-no puns intended." Drogo smiles at his joke.

The next plague, The Death Dragon, an extremely dangerous being, which could reduce to nothing anything with its dark flames. The Prophets were almost extinct now, and the half-breed didn't stand a chance against it. When the Death Dragon or DD showed itself, the world started to shake and dragons emerged from the depths of the oceans, caves, forests, volcanoes and landed from the sky. The very few Prophets who still lived tried to fight DD thanks to their kindness despite how they were hunted down for their powers. Unable to defeat DD, in a desperate move, The Prophets cursed DD with a divine armor that sealed DD inside a mountain and absorbed its vital energy.

As it completely becomes one, it plops and turns shady. The ocean rumbles and anger settles at the far end of the valley. The sympathizing clouds cover the moon and pour tears heavily. Suddenly, a large, dominating dragon lands on the ground and shifts to its draconian form- human-like yet with sun-kissed scales around his bare body. He kneels to the ground and examines the lifeless being before him. His big, square hand travels through the maiden's beautiful face and afterward notices the seemingly dull and dormant egg. He grabs it and embraces it on his forearms. After which, he leaves.

(Throltys) Throltys is a proud Dragonnewt, with 250 cm tall, muscular, and scale bound. He is bound to invoke attention from others, he is like a lizardman, but he is not, he is a Dragonnewt a race who is a direct descendant of a dragon. And they are not only smart but also abnormally strong, both magic and physique. Most importantly, the Earth Dragonnewt is undoubtedly loyal to me as their entire race was given to me by the Carefree dragon that lives behind my house back in New City. So in terms of performance and loyalty, Throltys is someone that I don’t even have to worry about at all.

I ask, something about this Gia girl rubs me the wrong way. "Gia was a girl that I met a couple of decades ago, she was thrown out of her group home because she was a Mythical. So I took her in and trained her to control her power. Earth is her specialty. Oliver here was someone that I grew up with, He is the last thunder dragon that roams the earth." My eyebrows shot up past my Forehead, the last thunder dragon? That sounds like the most difficult thing ever. Looking at Oliver, the respect that I couldn't find for him in the past, came to me full force. That must have been really difficult growing up! Might have been worse than my childhood!

"As the Primes gather so rarely it is also an opportunity for most of you to re-affirm alliances and friendships, make merriement and enjoy these festivities that Prime Mathers has organised for us. I hope to get the opportunity to speak to you all but I'm an old man..." The crowd chuckled politely. "...so please give patience and understanding and remember the main reason we are all gathered today. Cheers to Dean, Happy Birthday to you and Happy Emergence day to your Dragon, we can't wait to meet him!" He raised the large tankard of ale that was in his other hand and toasted the room. "So what sort of dragon is he?" Aria whispered to Mark. "He's a Fire Dragon...he may be the oldest here but

His voice is deeper than usual. Lola opened her eyes and gasped with shock. She took a step back and stumbled a little before falling on her butt in the sand. An aqua blue dragon is standing right in front of her eyes. Its size is huge and it is occupying almost half the beach area. She never know a dragon could be of this color too. She always heard about orange, red, green, and Black dragons. But a Blue dragon is never heard of. "Scared princess?" Lucas asked her in his dragon form. His dragon's name is Ares, his father's name. He never remembered what made him name his dragon with that name, but ever since he remembered, he kept calling his Dragon Ares.

A loud growl sounded from the far side of the house, and the sound of heavy paws hitting the marble floor followed. “Mommy’s home,” I called out and walked to the pet food cabin, took out some goodies, and turned to find gold eyes staring at me. I smiled and walked to my fur baby, a beast on four heavy paws and a whole 300 pounds of muscles. Drogon was a six-year-old tiger I had adopted, after rescuing him from the wildfire in Australia. He was a big baby with heavy muscles, snow-white fur with midnight black stripes, and I loved him more than life itself.
