Opposites Attract Date Party Novels & Stories

I wasn’t comfortable discussing my love life with someone who was essentially still a stranger regardless of how comfortable I felt around them. “You’re right. What are you doing on Saturday? I need to get this information?” he said jokingly. Just then, an idea struck me. I was attracted to Aaron. There was no use denying it anymore and I wanted to spend more time with him. More importantly, I needed a plus one for the party. “Actually, I have a party to go to on Friday. Do you want to be my plus one?” *** I was so glad I asked him to be my date. I was so anxious about Friday and how everything would turn out and having me next to me calmed me down a little. He made me laugh and never left

Alina arched a brow. Lorraine grinned. “You remember there’s a dating party tonight?” Alina groaned, leaning back. “I’m not going.” “I know, I know. That’s where you met Kelvin. But—” “I’m still not going,” Alina cut in firmly. Lorraine groaned. “Come on, it’ll be fun. Your ex won’t be there. After you two started dating, he stopped showing up. He’s too rich and proud to attend things like that. And who knows? You might even meet someone better.”

"Not really. You guys hooked up almost immediately, and you started dating after a few weeks of knowing each other." I wanted to cross myself because surely Satan was up to no good with the garbage she was spewing, but then I remembered I wasn't Catholic. "Um...let's just agree to disagree." "Let's go on a double date and then you'll see." "I don't think that's a good idea, Bri." I had no desire to be around Brianna and Michael at the same time, especially with his wandering eye. "No, I think it's a great idea. We can go eat and then hit up a club afterward for drinks and dancing."

I replied when I noticed the stare ,it was just so awkward . "Least I forget "he said , dipping his hands into his pocket and bringing out a card . "The glow company is having a welcome party for their daughter ,hope you don't mind being my date . I looked at the card ,I already got one as a part of the company but then I couldn't risk this one ,being on his side was going to make me popular . "Its okay " "Thank you and goodnight ,the party is tomorrow at 7pm ,'' he said and kissed my cheeks softly and with that he got into his car and drove off ...

But it seems he either stuck inside the room or never slept in it. That drains my enthusiasm quickly. As night approaches, I start preparing for today’s event. It’s a cake party, where we all have to wear ridiculous make-ups that are meant to yet again hide our real facial quality completely. Today is also when we get to pick dance partners for tomorrow. Each participant will wear a tag—aside the number tag—that has a space to fill a name. Anyone without a dance partner cannot attend the ball tomorrow night. Too bad. My target for a dance partner is Blank. Since our number tags change every night, it means he’s not number nineteen or the man in a burgundy shirt, which is also sad. However, i

I always thought the only guy I would ever be attracted to would be Greg. We enjoy our brunch when it arrived, and Chase kindly paid the bill. And so, he should. Just as we were about to leave Garrett stopped me and asked me for my number and would like to take me out on a date next Friday. I smiled at him and gave him my number as he gave me his and said to him that I would love to go out with him next Friday and I asked if he had any plans for Halloween, luckily, he said he has no plans so I asked him if he would like to be my date to the twins spooktacular party this weekend and he said he would love to go. I told him I would text him the details of the party. For him to take my hand and

Alice came down in her beautiful black dress, glittering, she was looking amazing, actually, everyone was looking amazing as I bought them those dresses, of course, they will be elegant for sure. She came towards me but before I could talk she cross-passed me and strolled away without a word. "Don't worry darling...! you will be happy after tonight", Oh, I forgot to tell you, today's party is not some kind of common party, I arranged it as a surprise date party. These beasts claim to sense us, even in a hundred, right? Let's just make them sense us in hundreds...! Love the idea, isn't it? It is a masked party, I arranged that for everyone, it is an open-date party even for the mated ones, ac

He is serious that's the reason why he didn't easily gave on to being in the civilian life. "What do you mean he stood you up? " Gavin was scandalized when Kaitlyn told him what happened to the date they had prepared meticulously. " Well he had to be somewhere else he said." Kaitlyn said casually . "Speaking of dates, are you going to bring him as your date during the night of the ball?" Gavin inquired "No!" She said abruptly. "Why not?" "Because you and me and Jelo with cover the event that means we are going to be each other's date. I don't have time to bring a plus one."

Mira found herself relenting seeing this look on Evie. “ That's perfect! I'll start preparing our dresses! ” “ You don't have to, Evie. ” “ But I want to. ” She said with a pout. “ Whatever. ” “ According to the rules of the party, each attendee has to come with partners of the opposite sex. ” “ What kind of rule is that? ” Mira asked in surprise. “ Well rules are rules, baby girl and we gotta follow them. ” “ Ah! You've got a partner haven’t you? ”

Kate is right,I should really end this. “Fred, I …..” I couldn't finish as he pressed his index on my lips, already knowing what I might say. He wasn't taking no for an answer. My lips and body went numb as he grabbed my hands. “We can get through this, Andrea. I need you to be my date tomorrow night…. We are throwing a party for the company's anniversary and launching a new one in Las Vegas.” He explained and I furrowed my brows, a part of me overwhelmed with anticipation. The only thing that crossed my mind was Diego. Would he be there?
