VERY VERY VERY GOOOD! Thankfully I read the Debt Collector first by accident. This was a very good sequel. I agree with another post that said that Shane got off to easily. I envisioned him getting tortured by Alex for years. Loved Suri in her book and I loved Serena in this one. Noah was great too.

Love Serena and Noah. This is the third book I’ve read from author and I look forward to reading more. Love the plot twist, steamy scenes, and all the drama. Legit some of the stories crack me the hell up! ...️...️...️

The Seven Sins Series: Luca Lindenhurst (English)

The Seven Sins Series: Luca Lindenhurst (English)

Looks like I've learned another lesson to the saying; don't judge the book by its title. Even with the flaw in my codename, The Seven Sins of Underground Society sounds great and is not horrible to listen to. It's amusing to consider that whoever it was that I had attempted to drive away at the time would still be my buddies. There's nothing wrong with being weird; they might even be weirdos. My pals could even infect me without my knowledge. Nice ... I can call one of my pals.

I'm an Outsider in My Own Home

I'm an Outsider in My Own Home

It all started when someone online put a screenshot from my interview side by side with a photo of Francesca and posted it with the caption, "Has no one noticed how much these two look alike?" One was a misfit dissecting the wounds of family trauma, and the other was the internet's darling who could do no wrong. The comment section erupted instantly. It didn't take long for someone to dig up a video secretly taken at the club party months ago. In the footage, Francesca held a glass of champagne and said dismissively, "Oh, she doesn't count as family."

The Third Book

The Third Book

Nanny Rita said it contains some cute stuff from her high school days – a phase in her life that brought her so much trauma. She breathed deep before opening the bag. It contains old slum books and a diary with broken lock. She smirked thinking that her mother could have forced to open it. She must be disappointed to see nothing juicy about the things that she wrote there. Her younger life was boring and predictable until it wasn't. In fact, each page of her diary contains almost the same events. As she randomly went through each page, she noticed a paper inserted within its pages. She almost dropped the diary upon seeing that paper from way back. It's still obvious that it was once cru

Chaotic Resemblance

Chaotic Resemblance

“mmmmmmm” Immediately, I am snapped back to reality by the sound of someone clearing their throat from somewhere close and in a desperate attempt to keep her from seeing what it was I was working on I close the sketch book with more force than I intended, and quickly shove the pad into my desk drawer just as Olivia starts walking towards me. If she had seen me scrambling to hide something, she sure didn’t act like it. Still, I make a mental note to remove the sketch book from where I had just put it as she sauntered her way to me with a sleepy smile glued to her face.

WILD BOOKS: A COLLECTION OF NAUGHTY STORIES

WILD BOOKS: A COLLECTION OF NAUGHTY STORIES

“Books don’t talk back. They don’t expect small talk. I like the order. And the stories. What about you? History major with a focus on obscure trade? That’s not common.” I shrugged even though he couldn’t see it. “I like knowing how people lived before everything got loud. Plus, it’s an excuse to hide in here. Away from parties and drama.” “Smart girl,” he murmured. The way he said it made my stomach flip. Time passed. Maybe twenty minutes. We talked about everything and nothing. My terrible roommate. His awful coffee from the faculty lounge. How the basement always felt colder than the rest of the building. Our voices got softer, more comfortable. The dark made it easier somehow. Like we we

Whispers of Sikar

Whispers of Sikar

Adea said to herself, “and much bigger.” “It’s a prominent part of their cultures,” the short elderly woman standing inside the kiosk responded. “I have read all of these many times. Fascinating tales! If you’re looking to learn more about Outsider culture, might I recommend novels such as this one?” She reached over the stacks with a scraggy hand and picked up a plain-covered book, handing it to Adea.

His Outcast Mate (Book 4: The 'His' Series

His Outcast Mate (Book 4: The 'His' Series

“Amber had trust issues.” ‘Amber was brainwashed by her family. Sinclair had no family to brainwash her. She is mentally strong enough to know when there is danger or to know if someone is cheating her. She even had that kind of training. Amber didn’t. They are similar in their insecurities, but not in how they handle them, Adrian.” I sat back and pondered what Aiden just said. He sees the differences more clearly than I do right now. His viewpoint does help loosen my chest. We drive down the country road we are on when my phone rings. It’s Kaia.

Love the story. I was so gutted for Adrian and Amber. Not sure why, but their story really got to me and made me sad. I wish both could have had their own happy ending or figured it out. But I’m happy that Adrian moved on with Sinclair and they are happy. Looking forward to the ending.
