-=Ang's Point of View=- I'm experiencing an excruciating pain that feels like my head might shatter. I tried to recollect the events that led to this agony, but the more I forced myself to remember, the more intense the pain became. In a desperate attempt for relief, I shut my eyes momentarily, longing for the pain to dissipate. However, I soon realized that it wouldn't be that simple. After taking a few calming breaths, the throbbing in my head slightly subsided. As I opened my eyes, my gaze fell upon a pitcher of water within reach, accompanied by a comforting pain reliever.

An excruciating and sharp pain shot through my abdomen, causing me to gasp loudly and stagger, almost to the floor. I moaned louder as the pain grew intense. My hand rubbed my waist gently, my eyes were shut tightly. Moments later, as the pain subsided slightly, I took hold of the key and limped towards the door. I needed to go after Jayden regardless of the pain that I felt.

She would bite her tongue in pain as her body burned and no one could help her stop the immense pain that she is feeling all over her body. The pack doctor couldn’t explain what was happening to her and there was no cure that could help her numb the pain that she was feeling. They could only hope that one night it would never trouble Raven anymore just like how the pain leaves her every certain time of the night as if it never came. Raven’s pain only happens at a certain window of time of the night. Raven would wrench in pain on hours end until the pain stops and fades away on its own. The pain would come and go from her body at an exact time every night.

Jemmy had an episode of pain as her blood cells had difficulties passing through her joints once again. Though the pain was intense she bore it. She didn't take painkillers as she knew about their side effects and only used the way she knew best to numb the pain. So while the pain persisted, she listened to her favorite music and tried to forget about the pain. She succeeded in distracting herself from the pain as this one only lasted for about 30mins before it finally subsided.

I just took Panadol because I felt like I was going to have a fever. I hope not. I also drank tonic to regain my strength. I can't rest and do nothing. I will only remember more and more what happened and the pain. It's better that I'm busy, so that somehow I can forget this sadness.

The door shut with a soft click, and the room became completely dark again. I lay back against the pillows, but the movement made the skin around my ribs pull tight. A hot wave of pain went through my side, making me clench my teeth until my jaw ached. I took short, shallow breaths, waiting for the burning to stop. The doctor said the medicine would keep the pain away, but the medicine was no match for the anger inside me right now.

Wave after wave of searing pain washed over me, forcing me to curl myself into a ball. This pain was incomparable to a bullet shot. It consumed every muscle and nerve of my body. I racked through my dashboard, seeking for anything to lessen the pain which increased in magnitude with each passing moment. Finding a dose of Panadol, I threw them into my mouth only to realise I didn't have any water with me. Gritting my teeth, I chewed them, using my saliva to push them down my throat. The thing was bitter, more bitter than aloe vera.

Breaking every cycle. But the pain… the pain will take longer to fade.
