The Supreme Alpha’s Hybrid Mate

The Supreme Alpha’s Hybrid Mate

It was in that, with the turn of pages of a book, I could lose myself between the pages and forget, even if just for a moment, the complex web of my life. Today opened like each of the rest days: the house was quiet, and I was looking for another book to pass the time with. I ran my fingers along the spines of all the books on the shelves, and one leather-bound volume seemed out of place. I pulled it out; it was a book about hybrids. Its spine was cracked and its pages were frayed from having been read so many times before. I went to the table of contents, and my eyes grew wide with chapters entitled, "History of Hybrids," "Powers and Abilities," and "Notable Hybrids in History."

Unwanted Nerd: Chased By The B-Ball Stars

Unwanted Nerd: Chased By The B-Ball Stars

The binding looked older than the other textbooks, and something about its placement on the shelf struck me as odd. As I strained my eyes to get a better look at it, I noticed a small part torn on the ridge side of the book, a tiny imperfection that caught my attention. The tear was subtle, barely visible unless you were looking closely, but it seemed deliberate somehow, like it had been created to mark something specific.

Dears of the Fond Memories

Dears of the Fond Memories

Shouldn’t these be placed in a museum? Lynn mused as he continued looking around. On the other hand, Clarice started checking the shelves filled with various ancient weapons. “Found it!” Clarice said as she pulled an old book from the shelf. It is beside various weapons made of bones and stones. The old book doesn’t seem too normal as well since each page is made of thick metal or maybe stone, he wasn’t sure. As far as he can see, there are only five thick pages in this book. Each page seems to be made of old iron.

Emperor Shadow

Emperor Shadow

The first book was from January – March, the second was from April – June, then, July – September, and lastly October – December. [That one. Page 20. That one, page 63. That one, page 43. And that one, page 60.] Phantom who heard everything loud and clear helped Shadow to show what page that didn't match the number. She delivered just the way it was as Midas picked each book with fascinating expression.

Alpha’s Bewitching Regret

Alpha’s Bewitching Regret

The book had an entire thirty-page chapter on soul resurrection but not soul fetching. Slightly annoyed, Levy started to look through the books again and this time much more carefully as she stared at each page until she was sure that she wasn’t missing anything finally she found what exactly was wrong at the end of the third book. “ Someone tore pages from this book,” murmured Levy as she ran her fingers through the rough yet very clean edge of the torn page. Whoever tore the pages of the book, did it very carefully… in fact, they did it so cleanly that Levy would’ve never found what was wrong with the book unless she carefully skimmed through each page.

it's a great book so far and I can't wait to see how it ends. There are some grammar corrections that need to be made but they are not to where you can't understand the book. the book is quite long and it's the second longest book that I've read. I was disappointed that a couple of chapters are

His Royal Luna (Alpha King's Royal Luna)

His Royal Luna (Alpha King's Royal Luna)

I climbed up on a wooden ladder and pushed in the leather covered book, it looks old with the worn out maroon leather lined with a velvet red that had darken already due to the time that had passed. Now that I am thinking of it, how… How could the people of this pack remain sane without knowing which Royal blood rules over them? Did no one question it? And how were they able to remain silent after all these years? And I wonder how old this pack is already. This library… books… they must have contained some forgotten and ignored information. While I was cleaning around and observing the place, I noticed that it was the literature section and history section were the ones most untouched, just

The storyline is good, but the grammar is problematic. I hope the author can double check and edit each chapter before publishing it. It's a paid per read book, so it should worth the coins. Readers paid for every chapter and it's not cheap every chapter, so I guess it right to demand better quality

Nice story so far. But the part of fl being royal princess is not yet incorporated in it, yet the story is labelled as complete. Yet u can read as a whole till marked part as u can consider it as completion of a phase of their story.

The Price Of Fate

The Price Of Fate

It had a scaled grain to it, subtle and unnatural, as if the thing it came from had not been fully one thing or another either. I ran my fingers lightly over it and an uneasy chill moved through me. The book was old. Very old. And not made from anything that belonged to ordinary pack life. Then I saw the lock more clearly. It was not a lock the way normal books had clasps or latches. It looked grown rather than attached, as though the book itself had formed a hard, curved fastening from the same dark material as the cover. There was a tiny raised point in the centre of it and a faint seam around the edge. It almost made me think of a sleeping eye. Or a sealed mouth.

A Way To Survive

A Way To Survive

"Can you borrow that book for me?" "Impossible," Clement said. "That book is now in the museum. No one can take it out of there." "Why is it protected in the museum?" Uri exclaimed in surprise. He patted the books on the table, "these books are also ancient books." "There are two ancient books about the creator god, but only the first part is written on ancient paper, which is the one you are holding; the second part has only the original. And the original of the second part is engraved on thin gold plates, so it is protected in the museum." Clement explained.

Fated to The Northlord

Fated to The Northlord

Leo opened the doors but I couldn't believe what I seen inside From floor to ceiling along the walls there was thousands and thousands of books lined up on huge wooden book cases with shelves packed full of different size and thickness of books. Some of these massive book cases were vertical in the center of the room which also had beautiful colored books lining there shelves. Glass windows were at the very top of the roof line letting in a perfect amount of natural light. The smells that filled my nose were heaven all these paper pages filled the room with the faint smell of ink lingering.

Unexpected Mate: The Cruel Alpha’s Little Wolf

Unexpected Mate: The Cruel Alpha’s Little Wolf

Satisfied, I was about to close it when something caught my attention. The page numbers. I frowned. Page forty-three... Followed by... Forty-six. I turned back. Then forward again. Forty-three. Forty-six. The pages hadn't fallen out. They had been cut out. Cleanly. Almost professionally. I ran my fingertips lightly along the inner binding. There was no mistaking it. Several sheets had once been there. Now... They weren't. I sat back slowly. Perhaps... It had simply been damaged. Books this old were bound to lose pages eventually.
