"You should've known better than to touch it," Lucas said to her sister. "Ciao. Mi dispiace. My sister can be a little immature. Who is this?"
"So that was the sister you never told me about," I pointed.
"Mari."
"Where are you, Lucas?" I asked, wanting—praying for an answer this time because I was going out of my mind in fear that I might just be stood up at my own engagement party.
