Paw Patrol Pup Fu Skye Novels & Stories

or so I wanted to believe. "Hi there, Mister Rouge!" I snap my head down to look down at the pup. Those hazel eyes only belong to one man. That hair and those ears and tail too. "I'm Skylar! This is my friend, Ebony! Nice to meet you!" They sparkle so bright but all I can see is Tristian Parker.

I smile, absently running my fingers through Fallon’s silk-fine curls. “What was Skye like when she was younger?” Maeve asks, reaching for the teapot on the coffee table. I watch steam rise as she pours three cups of tea, scenting the air with chamomile. “Like this,” I tell them, motioning to Fallon. “Fussy, for sure. She grew out of that around nine months old, but by then, she was on the move.” I smile as memories of Skye as a baby sprint through my head. “She was curious and headstrong as a toddler but generally easygoing. She… she used to be so bright and animated. She loved to play pretend and sing… dance…” I turn away from them so they can’t see the broken expression crossing my featur

Skye let through a little bit more of her power. “Showoff,” I teased her via link. “If you’ve got it...” she trailed off in a giggle. “She’s a white wolf.” “There’s never been a white wolf before.” “She must be the Moon Goddess’ daughter.” “She’s powerful.” “She’s beautiful.” These are the comments that were going around as Skye approached Darrin. As a wolf, she was still taller than the guy as she looked down at him, daring him to say anything else. He gulped and stepped back, almost falling over. I was still watching her when a little boy tugged at my leg.

I shook snow from my pelt and stretched my body out again, cracking my spine. Moments later, Skye emerged in human form, squinting in the sudden blinding light. He wrapped his arms around his middle and shivered. "Fuck its cold.” He grumbled. “Let me see your paws." Skye began tearing strips off his shirt and gave me a pointed look when I huffed at him. "Kendra, your paws are bleeding. You can't just expect me to not treat them." I huffed but lay down so that Skye could tie the makeshift bandages to my feet.

Drax, made from wild fungi and ethanol, was banned within the city limits but could be legally purchased and consumed in the Drock. Mother’s message was particularly relevant today, as my age now permitted me entry. Her second message was not to take unnecessary risks on the ice peaks I planned to climb, a message she knew I always ignored. The third was one I had received continually since my early childhood: “Skye, do not, under any circumstances, exercise your powers and bring attention to yourself.” I had asked why many times, only to receive the same answer. “Because I forbid it.” Or, as I grew older, “Because we have a special ability that can be dangerous and must be concealed.”

I clenched my fists, my wolf stirring inside me. I turned back to Skye, "It seems we have to postpone our conversation, there's something that requires my immediate attention." Her gaze flickered with concern as she looked at me, "What's happening?" I shrugged, "Trouble, most likely." I didn't want to tell her it was Jayleen. Not yet, not until I was sure of her loyalty. She nodded, her brows furrowed. As I turned to leave, I felt a strange sensation. I looked back to see Skye staring at the painting. She was more than her mother's daughter; she was a witch and she had powers. Powers that could help us.

Skye had told me that I wasn’t able to tell anyone and I had to keep it hidden. When I was around anyone, she would disappear so others couldn’t sense her. She was a beautiful wolf, I don’t understand why she wanted to hide. But I hadn’t questioned her reasons. Skye was a large black wolf with vibrant blue eyes and she had a white crescent moon on her left hip.

Julia is as old as Cass, but she looks younger and acts much more immature. Julia grinds her teeth while Skye gives her a mocking smile. Skye is now one of Warrick’s brides, and even though she has no real power, offending a bride can still get you punished. Julia walks away, and Skye settles beside me. “What do you want?” I ask her. I try not to let too much anger seep into my tone. “What have you done? This is Cassiopeia from our pack, right?” “Yes.” “She’ll reveal who we are, Colt. She’s going to get us killed.”

Little Osiris is huddled in his mother's arms, trying to hide his little face from the angry mob threatening to kill them. "I tell you what," the Alpha finally smirks. "I will give you a head start." Skye doesn't need to be told twice. She takes off, running toward the forest. As she runs, her body morphs and shifts. I try to keep up with her, but she is too fast. The last I see is a golden lycan running away from the mob. Osiris's little face is peering over her shoulder, watching his home fade into the distance.

ZEKE POV I stood on the porch watching Sky and Neo walk towards the packhouse. She was just as sexy and spirited as I remembered, although her beautiful brown hair was now a stunning shade of soft pink. Seeing her again was like a punch to the gut. My wolf, Payne, was instantly in awe of her, demanding I claim her and forget the past. But I knew Sky well enough to know she wasn't the sort of girl to take demands well. I felt my lips twitch at the corners as they walked; my eyes couldn't help but follow the sway of her hips and the curve of her ass. She was going to be the firecracker the packhouse needed, that was for sure.
