"Hey, Luna, you're back too. Did you manage to find those shoes I asked for, the ones from the Black Pearl Series?" Luna forced a smile as she replied, "Sorry, Shelly. I checked, but they didn't have the shoes you wanted, so I didn't bring them back." Shelly's expression darkened as Luna's words sank in. Mia interjected, "Shelly, were you referring to the Vior Black Pearl collection shoes? What size do you wear?" Shelly's eyes lit up instantly. "I wear size 37." Mia feigned a disappointed sigh. "That's a shame. I bought size 36 shoes when I was on Xanier Island, so they probably wouldn't fit you. Otherwise, I would have gladly given you the shoes."

Her toenails were red like her lips and fingers, and she had small, delicate feet. I'd spent three years selling shoes at Pay-Less as a teenage boy, so I had a lot of experience with women's feet and Shelly's were incredible.

He shook hands with her husband David and kissed their grandson. Shelly ran to Sapphire like they were little girls meeting at a park and embraced her. Shelly and Sapphire were friends from their school which eventually went to be the foundation of Carlos and Sapphire's relationship. No sooner had she came out of the hug, she looked skeptically at her slightly protruding belly. "Oh my God! Are you…" Sapphire discreetly shook her head, signaling her to stay quiet for the time being. Shelly nodded understandingly and looked at her brother with a naughty grin.

He came to Shelly’s rescue, and he dusted her knees and hands. I had to bite my lips because it looked sweet. I turned to Pepper to see her reaction. She had this indulgent look on her face. “She looked cute.” Pepper chuckled. “I hope you will think that way when you learn that Shelly is Asher’s girlfriend.” That stopped me in my tracks. “She is?” I did not know if Pepper was only pulling my leg, but I couldn’t find any reason for her to do that. Pepper nodded. “She’s only five, Pepper.” I pointed out.

He looked around and neared his face to Hariel. "Prince, you can't just talk about those things here! Or the merpeople's existence will be found out!" Milo's heart is beating soo fast that he almost faints. The Shellphie is a cellphone underwater of the mermaids but only to call each other. Hariel grunted and nodded. "Okay! Don't worry!" Hariel said and do his work. Milo sighed in relief and started to use his phone texting his clients and his work that he will be late. Then something caught his eyes. Hariel is still busy with his work and didn’t see what Milo saw.

Yet, there was nothing she could do because she had no leverage with Paige and Chris. She busied herself in the office all morning but finally had a moment to rest. Shelly smiled and asked, "Do you know about the recent project our company is developing in Flower Bay?" Paige nodded. "Yes, I've heard about it." Shelly continued, "Has the Quirks invested in it?"

Ace mused thoughtfully. "Relax guys, they can't be that harmful." Shelly made a move to go talk to them. "Hi, I'm Shelly." She extended her hands and the smallest amongst them took it enthusiastically throwing her over his shoulders! "Ow!" She cried when her butt landed on the ground. Ace quickly ran to her side. "The hell is wrong with you!" The mother of the rival stepped out smirking, "The prize is ours!" Walking back to their position, Shelly made a quick assessment of the rivals. They were ten in numbers.

However, he knew that she was telling the truth, but it was odd to listen to such atrocities like some kind of normal past event. He looked at Shelly. She looked like a little girl, her height was around 4”6, but she sounded like an old lady. “Here you go!” Shelly threw something at Alex. “I told you I’d treat you to some crab roe. It’s the most valuable thing on those two crabs. So it would probably be beneficial if you ate that. And by the way, I’ll be taking the divine power now. It’d be a waste if you kept it anyway. You don’t even know how to transform yet.”

I ignored her and accepted the flowers. We spent the next several hours moving through the city. Ethan showed us the waterfront and a small bookstore hidden between two cafés. Shelly forced us onto the giant observation wheel despite claiming she hated heights only after the doors had closed. When the carriage rose above the city, she gripped my arm and refused to look down. “This was your idea,” I reminded her. “I make mistakes.” Ethan sat opposite us, appearing far too entertained by her terror. “If we die,” Shelly warned him, “I’m holding Hale International responsible.”
