She picked up the pencil Claire had left beside it. She drew two figures at a table. Handed the pencil to Lewis. He looked at the two figures. Then he drew a ring. Small. On the left hand of the figure on the right. He put the pencil down. Yessica looked at what he'd drawn. She didn't say anything. But her hand found his on the table and stayed there.

Mercedes' POV “Can I see?” I asked Carter who shrieked and hud his paper behind his back. “Carter what's wrong? You've been drawing for hours, can I see?” I asked again but the little boy shook his head. “Why not?” I inquired. “I'm not yet done,” he replied. “Carter never shows me his drawings and he laughs at mine.” Penelope pouted as she rose her paper and showed me her drawing. There were four stickmen, two bigger ones on either side while two smaller ones stood in the middle smiling as they held their hands together.

A piece of paper fluttered out. It was a drawing. Crayons on construction paper. Catherine picked it up, and her blood ran cold. The drawing showed two stick figures standing on a jagged white line (the ice). One was labelled "Daddy," drawn in blue. The other was labelled "Sad Man," drawn in red. They were fighting. But above them, the sky was ripped open. A black hole was drawn in the clouds. And coming out of the hole wasn't light. It was a tentacle. A massive, black, spiraling limb covered in eyes.

Seeing that the distance between them was quite appropriate, Philip took out a notebook. With a pen, he drew waves and a few figures that seemed like merpeople on it. The mermaid became excited, but the boy did not react much. Was the boy not a merman? Philip slid his pen and notebook across the floor. The boy picked them up and started to draw as Philip did. His drawing was quite sloppy, but Philip could still see a few key things, such as the symbol for highly toxic chemicals and a few words that were vague but still legible, which spelled Sammy.

Then he started drawing. I frowned I'm confusion, wondering what the hell he was doing. First, he sketched a stick figure in the corner of the board, labeling it "Me." Then, he drew what vaguely resembled a rollercoaster track that spiraled widely, Circling the equation multiple times. He added arrows, random squiggles, and even a doodle of a cat before writing the answer at the bottom of the board. 4 The class erupted into laughter. Mrs Turner s face darkened, i feared she'd probably kill him. "What on earth is this, Jace? Explain yourself!"

For a little guy, he is way too good. There are all different kinds of drawings that are too neat, I shuffle through them, trying to find one to stick on our fridge in the kitchen. I smile to myself when I come across a picture of him and I then there's Jasmine and even Alex, with and without devil horns— that makes me laugh. I pass by other boyish things, like cars, dragons, dogs, dinosaurs and ninjas, lots and lots of them.

Not in the mood to participate. Two seventh-graders stormed past me, chasing each other, one attired as a pitbull dog and the other as a ragdoll cat. Some students don't take the cheer spirit day dress-up seriously, and just a joke. I met Bryson and his girlfriend Elena along the way as I was heading to my class. I order and watch the boys run back towards the building as fast as they can. I watch with concern as the young boy they were picking on sniffs and works to pick up pieces of his sketchbook. I look at one of the pieces of paper and can’t contain the awe on my face as I take in the amazing sketch before me. It’s this incredible real-life style drawing of a sirna with a vibrant red tail surrounded by all the elements. It takes me a second to recognise the likeness, but this is a sketch of the God Ezillus as a sirna! This might be the coolest thing I’ve ever seen. “You drew this?” I ask in astonishment

The Ecostanian-style palace decoration looked luxurious and grand. Flora opened the small bag on her back and took out a picture book. “Mommy look, this is the family portrait I draw. This is Mommy, this is Daddy, and this is Jason, this is Jerry, and this is me.” There were five cartoon-like characters in the drawing. Although the drawing look was crooked and very abstract, each character was grinning from ear to ear. When I saw it, I smiled until my eyes turned red, “Oh! Baby, you are so awesome. You draw it so well.”

Lucian Voss I was still holding the paper in my hand long after the door closed behind me. I didn’t even realize it at first, but my fingers had tightened around it like I was afraid of letting it go. It was a child’s drawing, done in crayon, the lines uneven and rough. One tall figure was labeled “Mr. Lucian.” The next was a woman with long hair, drawn with wide strokes and labeled “Mama.” Between them stood a small boy with messy curls and a wide smile. He had no label because I didn’t need one.
