The Traitor's Daughter

The Traitor's Daughter

Before I pulled the trigger, I could see the same guard take a step towards me, probably to plead for his life again, and so I turned and shot him on the leg, shooting the traitor immediately after. Speaking of Traitor's, there's another one here. The daughter of the traitor I hated the most. At first, a part of me didn't want to have her pay but I believe in the words that the ‘the child shall pay for the sins of the father'. Walking towards her cell, I opened it only to see her laying there looking unconscious. Shocked and confused, I ran to her and she was indeed unconscious. “Call Theodore now!” I yelled out to everyone and no one in particular to call the doctor as I raised her up.

Between Mother and Daughter

Between Mother and Daughter

She didn’t want to meet me, but I begged the prison guard for the last visit. “Forget about me, Carys. Take good care of yourself. Don’t end up like me. I’ve made too many mistakes.” Her voice was gruff, and tears rolled down her cheeks. The weight in my chest held me back from saying anything. “You’ll always be my mother,” I said shakily. Mom burst out crying, releasing her innermost emotions. “Be a better person in your next life, Mom. Don’t make the same mistakes again.” She nodded and silently mouthed the words, “I love you”.

I really enjoyed this series. Many books on this platform have similar stories, which gets boring really fast. This book series kept me entertained the whole time. It had the perfect balance of romance and action. I enjoyed getting to know each character in more detail as each book was added.

Fortune's Forgotten Daughter

Fortune's Forgotten Daughter

Because a child was seen as a threat, not a gift. I am that child. And my daughter is her legacy. The marriage my mother left behind was not shame. It was survival. The man she fled did not own her future—or mine. To those who believe purity is worth more than love: you will not win. We are here. And we are not afraid. When she stopped, her hands trembled slightly above the keys. Lena moved beside her, reading in silence. Then—softly—she said: “It’s perfect. Sharp. Unarguable.”

The Lost Daughter; Mated To Her Brother

The Lost Daughter; Mated To Her Brother

I saw her, I felt her, I know her scent, but not even my said parents believed me. Adding the initial one week I spent unconscious in the hospital, I spent a total of three weeks there, and the day I was to be discharged, gifts and well wishes were pouring in. Everyone in the pack now knew about the Beta's lost daughter, kidnapped before her first birthday, found at the poisoned lake, nineteen years later, and miraculously survived unlike many others.

My Ravishing Daughter-in-Law

My Ravishing Daughter-in-Law

Just moments ago, they had been begging like desperate little sluts, pathetic with need. But the moment her daughter's future came up, Susan's attitude flipped completely. Guess it doesn't matter who you are—when it comes to their kids, every parent's the same. Even sluts. I was completely panicking now. But Susan stood her ground. Just as we hit a stalemate, Ariana spoke up. "Mr. Edison, it's not like you can't keep your daughter-in-law. It all depends on what you do next." She threw me a suggestive wink.

The Daughter Doesn't Want the Scumbag Alpha Dad Anymore!

The Daughter Doesn't Want the Scumbag Alpha Dad Anymore!

As a mother, that’s all she could say, because the reason she was sorry for… can be used to make them a laughingstock in the pack. Ana, with the intelligence she inherited from both dominant genes, could guess what she was sorry for. Ana small pouty mouth pursed, her other free little hand softly banged the table, “Mommy,” she paused, sighing weakly as she stared at her mother who was trying to keep a straight back, still with lowered eyes, “Do you feel Papa Uncle affection?” Aliana paused, sighing, finally having the nerve to look at her daughter eyes once again. “Even if you hate your dad that much, you can’t—”

The Daughter Erased

The Daughter Erased

What more did she want from me? My father, Brian Larson, sat by the side of the bed and sighed. "We spoiled her too much. I knew we shouldn't have kept her from the beginning. The fortune teller said that only Summer would bring us luck and that Sienna would only cause us misfortunes. If we had abandoned or killed her when she was born, things would've been much easier. My father's expression was so murderous that I truly believed that if I were there next to him, he would have choked me to death.

A Daughter’s Ordeal

A Daughter’s Ordeal

I put my six-year-old daughter in my mother-in-law’s hands as I was busy with an overseas project. Every month, I would send her 20,000 dollars in allowance, not including holiday cash gifts. My mother-in-law would always talk about how well my daughter ate and slept during every video call. In the video, a feast was always laid before my daughter. So when her teacher claimed that she had fainted out of hunger during class, my first thought was that she must have called the wrong number. I rushed back home and headed straight to the hospital. The doctor said that my daughter was suffering from long-term malnutrition and her weight was far below the average. She also had severe post-trau

Hiding the Twins from Their Billionaire Father

Hiding the Twins from Their Billionaire Father

“What do you see in this man?” "Dad ...." "What attracts you to my daughter?" Philip swallowed hard. The interrogation this time was much tenser than the interrogations he had before. "That's because I see Barbara as an admirable figure, Sir." "Admirable?" Paul looked dissatisfied. "My daughter can't cook, take care of the house, or work. Which aspect do you find admirable?" "Her personality, Sir. Even though she’s sometimes curt and spoiled, she has a big heart. She dares to admit her mistakes and is willing to fix them. She also never leaves the people she loves, even though they have let her down once."

This book is amazing!! I cannot put it down. I disagree with some of the other reviews. I am glad that the story is long because I never want it to end!! Although, I’m only on 159, I love that I can binge read and am more invested with each chapter

Aloof and arrogant CEO meets firecracker Kara. Just started to read and liking their bickering and comedy situations. Has a bit of asian vibes with the unrealistic job demands and super intelligent twins but it's good and looking forward to reading more.
