The Alpha's Betrayal: My Second Chance To Defy Fate

The Alpha's Betrayal: My Second Chance To Defy Fate

"What was he like? In the future?" I stopped walking. "Manipulative. Charming. He had this way of making you feel like you were the only person in the world who mattered. Until you weren't useful to him anymore." "And your daughter?" The question hit me like a punch to the gut. "She was perfect. Smart, funny, brave. She had his eyes but my stubborn streak." I sat back down heavily. "She was a healr. The reason… She is the reason I have this second..."

A Daughter’s Revenge

A Daughter’s Revenge

Her left hand slowly caressed her belly. For a moment, I thought I had forgotten how to breathe. Another baby. Another replacement. Any smugness I may have felt only moments earlier was quickly replaced with a trio of turbulent feelings. Anger. Betrayal. Grief. “Ah, perhaps the goddess will bless you with your first daughter.” Remarked the Crown Princess. “I always wanted a daughter, your highness.” My mother remarked.

The Fake Daughter Is the Real Queen

The Fake Daughter Is the Real Queen

I deleted it without responding. A true mate would never have betrayed me like he did. Sophia began posting dramatic messages on social media: "Real family doesn't abandon each other... Some people don't deserve family bonds... Parents need a supportive daughter..." My parents' pack status plummeted. Other warriors openly mocked them. What kind of parents live off their daughter's money while buying expensive gifts for someone who just returned? I allowed myself to relax, enjoying the beach spa and room service. Since living with my family, I had never rested, juggling frequent combat with caretaking.

The Daughter of Hades

The Daughter of Hades

she says as I look at her in surprise because all the gods and goddesses have at least one mortal descendant or child, except Nyx, at least until now I look at the guards, "I'll take it from here, tell no one about this, consider that an order from Empress Atia," I say as I walk into the castle and tell Revdea to follow me, and I lead her to the Empress's room. We get to the door of Her Majesty's room right as Venus is leaving "Oh, you're back, who's that?" she asks when she notices Revdea "This is Revdea Ubris, she says she's the daughter of Nyx, and she came here looking for a job because her father died and her uncle was trying to force her into a marriage that she did not want," I say

The Unwanted Daughter

The Unwanted Daughter

I begged, tears streaming down my face, "Mom, please listen to me! It's not like that; why won't you just hear me out—" Before I could finish, a series of slaps left me dazed, stars dancing in my vision. As she paused to catch her breath, her voice cut through the air, cold and sharp. "How did I end up with such a shameless daughter? You're the third wheel, and you're accusing her of being the other woman! Get out of my face! I don't have a daughter as pathetic as you!"

The Daughter They Wish Was Never Born

The Daughter They Wish Was Never Born

Before I turned eighteen, I was the adored principessa of the Moretti family. That all changed on my eighteenth birthday, when my father brought home an orphan girl named Carina. "She needs a home," my father said. "You will look after her, like a sister." From that moment on, nothing was the same. My brother, who once doted on me, became cold and distant. And my fiancé... his love for me seemed to halve overnight. The family praised Carina for being gentle and obedient, calling her a far better daughter than me, their own flesh and blood.

The Daughter They Let Rot

The Daughter They Let Rot

"That's exactly what you said. Don't regret this." ... The ballroom was warm and loud when I pushed through the heavy doors. Chandeliers blazed overhead. Father's cigar smoke curled toward the ceiling. They were celebrating—Bianca's confirmation as Blackwell heir, her takeover of the East Coast operations starting Monday. My arrival dropped the temperature in the room. Mother stood at the head table, champagne flute in hand. Her smile cracked when she saw me. "Gemma?" She set down the glass. Her hand landed on my drenched shoulder, light as dusting off a coat. "You're soaking. Why didn't you call ahead?"

Rejected for the Real Daughter

Rejected for the Real Daughter

"How would your parents be disappointed? You're not even their biological daughter…" The moment the words left his mouth, Aaron quickly corrected himself. "Besides, don't they already have another daughter now? And college entrance exam scores don't define a person anyway. You're talented no matter where you go. You'll shine anywhere." Remembering what the floating comments had said, I stared directly into his eyes. "What about Yvonne Brooks?" "Her?" Aaron sneered with obvious disdain. "That real daughter they just brought back? She has no manners and no class. Even if she gets into university, she won't amount to much."

The Cry of a Lycan

The Cry of a Lycan

Melani’s POV Silverstone pack What is your definition of a perfect daughter? I know. A daughter who is obedient and humble. One who bends gracefully to her father's wishes without question. Modest in appearance, refined in manner, admired by her people. The pride of the pack. The kind of daughter whose name is spoken with reverence and whose accomplishments are worn like a mantle upon her shoulders. Laudable, isn't it? My life isn't perfect, but the lie is.

Nathaniel Lachlan

Nathaniel Lachlan

But then everything about her just fucked me up, the way she talked whenever she thought she was right, the way she raised her eyebrow to challenge me, the glint she has in her eyes when she knew she is about to do something that would make me mad. It all just fucked with my mind. As my daughter slept peacefully in my arms, I was happy that my child is going to take after her mother. A strong woman raises a strong woman. AUTHOR’S NOTE Hey Beautiful People, I know I am also very sad, I can’t believe it’s all over now. I really enjoyed writing this book, it is very close to my heart. I hope you enjoyed the chapter and the book. Thank you for all your love and support. But good news is that now

I loved all three of these books and can't wait for the other two to come out. each love story is a little bit different and has its own twist, it's very heartwarming and reflects struggles of today. I enjoyed these books very much and recommend them.

Loved this story! If you're looking to find a good read away from all the drama I highly recommend Nathaniel & Elizabeth's story. It's fast paced, funny, and sometimes straight out hilarious and it's full of emotional and passionate (friends & family)characters. Thank you author Irresistiblyme. xo
