The beach was already filled with people when they arrived—a beautiful expanse of glittering white sand where couples walked, children played, and surfers rode the moderate waves. “Wow, it’s even better than I expected,” Carrie said, looking around excitedly. “Totally filled up,” Zeda mumbled. “What are you going to be doing here alone?” Carrie asked her as she pulled off her T-shirt and handed it to Zeda, who neatly folded it and held it. “I’m joining Rylan to swim.”

It would be better if they took the far room, because I have no desire to hear them having sex.
