Petals On The Wind Plot Novels & Stories

Listarte then produced another spell. *“Gentle oh you are wind of the celestial Hear my plea, grant us thee Show thy might and beauty Oh wash away all the sorrow thy see,”* A whirling wind started to circle Taraya slowly cutting her down. Her clothes started to tear; she began to weaken causing her to kneel down. The wind caused her braids to unravel and it ceased to float around. The dungeon went silent, as if the catastrophe has gone and past. Lista and the others regrouped. Confiding in each other’s warmth.

She looked toward the window. The flowers were different. The four glowing red blossoms — the ones that had pulsed gently for weeks, always four, no more — had changed. There were six now. Two new petals had unfurled overnight. Quietly. Without warning. She blinked, breath catching. The fifth looked newer, less confident in its shape, but the sixth… The sixth pulsed stronger than the others. Brighter. And underneath that red light, the glass of the window had started to fog.

Elena The first bouquet arrived with no name. Just flowers. Soft pink roses. Baby’s breath. Simple. Thoughtful. Not excessive. Rosa lifted the card and squinted. “awwwwnnnn so cute, no signature?” Elena shook her head. “None.” “That’s… actually kind of romantic,” Rosa said. “Who sends flowers without wanting credit?” Elena didn’t answer. She already knew. The second bouquet arrived an hour later. White tulips this time. Clean. Elegant.

Halfway through it, he paused his hands and looked at me. “I think I’ll be able to ruin you completely this time, Isaac. Charlie will not want you back. I’ll make sure of it.” I studied the patient’s status and said menacingly, “I don’t want to argue with you about this drivel. The patient is counting on us to survive. Continue the surgery now!” What I did not expect was for Zachary to swipe the scalpel across the patient’s lungs a couple of times. The first cut dug in very deeply.

Amidst the sprawling blossoms on the mountainside, he gathered flowers with his one good hand, clumsily trying to weave them into a bouquet. On the edge of a cliff at sunset, he endured the searing pain in his arm just to capture photo after photo of her. He wanted to mold these days into memories only theirs. However, Tania remained uninterested. Simone's sweet words went in one ear and out the other. The surprises he gave her barely earned more than a glance. His carefully crafted romance was nothing but trivial to her. She was like a delicate puppet, allowing him to lead her, yet never truly investing any emotion.

The young woman asked, settling up in the chair to prepare for any answer she might receive. "There's something hateful of you, the black wind lily represents that hatred in its crudest form. But this letter is totally isolated from the other five, something curious." Tinea grabbed the cup of tea and drank it a bit. Artemisia was still amazed that she didn't really finish tea from those cups. "While hatred seeks you, just as the wind seeks to be in the right direction, there is also something else behind you, close enough that you can feel the heat, but in sentimental matter far away like an ocean. The antithesis of this hatred is don’t-forget-me, but it is a love hidden in pain and betrayal

In an instant, the garden went completely dark, as though there had been a blackout and a gust of wind swept through the area. Acantha continuously chanted as the wind grew thicker, resulting in a whirlwind that I could feel running around us repeatedly. All through, Ace's grip on me was firm and his arm wrapped around me protectively. Although I wasn't scared, I leaned into him. The wind grew more fierce, lightning flashed, and its cracks stained the sky, giving us a bit of light, just in time to see the petal of the flower of destiny, stained with our blood, darkened.

By the time she made it back to the center fountain, the sun had started to sink and the sky was streaked with colors as a blue haze settled in. Satisfied with her job, Charlotte thought she might have just enough time to speak with Shayla in the kitchen before it was time for dinner. Just as she started down one of the many pathways to lead her back around to the entrance into the gardens though, she caught a sound she had only heard once before. The beautiful melody of a hand plucked instrument came drifting on the cool breeze of the twilight.

Emma stood in the backyard, surrounded by the lush greenery of the open lounge. The fencing at her back was adorned with creeper plants, their delicate tendrils swaying gently in the breeze. Tiny flowers bloomed among the leaves, adding splashes of color to the serene scene. As the soft, crisp air caressed her skin, Emma hugged her frame, seeking solace in the embrace of the wind. The sound of wind chimes tinkled in the background, their melody a soothing balm to her troubled heart.

The ground is not visible, because the petals that the wind tore from the flowers have fallen and formed a blanket on the ground, like floral blood covering everything in sight. -"Ethan!" The scent is as lovely as the sight, the wind brings the scent of the flowers to my nostrils. I lose myself in the moment, being here with Ethan is wonderful. I don't want to be anywhere else in the world! -”I don’t know how to react. It’s too much… It’s just too much for me” I mumble. What makes him think I deserve all this?
