Phoenix In Human Form Novels & Stories

Silver whispered, watching Zion’s face for a reaction. "As if she would let us stay. She has already planned our eviction. Goddess knows what she will do once the baby arrives," Zion didn’t want to rely on any hopes, but that didn’t mean he would leave Phoenix’s babies behind with such a crazy Luna Queen. "I wish Phoenix was alive. Trust me, she would have knocked the world from under Layla’s feet. The Phoenix you met was the one dying and afraid of her babies. The Phoenix I knew was fireless and strong," Zion smiled when remembering his sister, who wouldn’t accept any injustice.

Her scent grows stronger, so does the pain. How did she get this deep?. She is a human girl with a frail body that bruises from a careless shove. She should not have been able to walk this far without the first claiming her. A loud crash echoes ahead. Something is fighting, I sprint faster. Jaxon appears through the shadows as a blur of dark fur and flashing teeth. He is fighting something I cannot fully see. The shadows tear like cloth around him. Beside him something huge rises, its wings spread wide, Scales glint faintly.

She chuckled softly, “You’re stronger than you think, Nyra. A phoenix doesn’t need to be taught how to burn” A phoenix? She didn’t answer me anymore as the grand halls were opened. The grand ceremonial hall was packed with all high profiled people from all over the region. From council elders to pack nobles and allies representatives. Every important set of eyes in Blood Moon territory and packs under us was present. Perfect for a showdown but still I had no idea of what to do. Slow entrance music began playing as we took steps towards where the devil himself stood. Heads turned and gasps followed suit.

We were halfway across the yard when he said it. “You know, Brenna—” I stopped walking. Turned to face him. “Phoenix,” I said, voice low but firm. “I prefer Phoenix.” He blinked, surprised. “Sorry. I didn’t mean—” “I know,” I said, eyes locked on his. “But Brenna sounds like you forgot who I am. Phoenix is who I became.” He smiled, slow and wicked. “I like your territorial side.” I rolled my eyes, but my lips tugged into a grin. “It’s not territorial. It’s truth.”

But then I heard myself answering her question. "Phoenix is a mythological creature. It emerged as a new and stronger bird from something that has been destroyed. That was me. A long time ago. I died and rose from my own ashes." I stood up and got a slice of pizza. "Wow." I heard Mamba say. "I'll just take a bath." I said and left them. I could still hear the jolly voice of Mamba, asking the same question to Sphinx. I shook my head. She doesn't seem to be tired from our boxing session.

“Your dad really left you in the dark, didn’t he?” I didn’t reply, and that silence was answer enough. Vivian’s voice took on a reverent tone, like she was speaking of ancient myths made real. “Phoenix wolves are among the rarest and most powerful beings in our world. Not just werewolves—they’re something beyond. Something sacred. They don’t just shift; they burn and rise. They carry the fire of rebirth, with powers that rival the moon goddess herself. They’re like divinity walking in flesh.”

Jon-Luc instinctively knew what to do he leapt away from the bad Wolf who had been scaring him and ran to his Father lying so still on the ground, Papa, Papa’ His little voice tore at Melody’s heart and she shifted back into her human form not caring that she would be naked in front of all of them, Phoenix also shifted back in a flash and his arousal was now very evident. He approached her his intention evident in every stride and slowly, deliberately she lifted both her hands pointing them at Phoenix, carefully she spoke to her son, ‘Close your eyes, baby boy;’
