I was wondering if I could just get a phone case for Gina. Now, that I’ve changed my unit, we have same phones. We can have friendship phone cases or something. “I can’t receive texts,” I stopped when I heard a familiar voice. I stopped and hid behind the keychains. It’s Kieran and he’s having troubles with his phone. I want to slap myself for coming here when I know that this store is near the office. Gosh! My stupidity is at its prime today.

Right to voicemail, not even a solitary ring. “This is Grayson Godwin unable to answer your call. Leave a message and my assistant or I will return your call as soon as possible...” Leo left a short message. “G-man. Call me as soon as you get this. Yes, it’s me being Mother Hen again man.”

He replied. "Just that? Okay." She replied puffing out cigarette smoke from her nose and mouth. Roman took out his pipe. "Just that." He replied. Just then, his cell phone beeped in his pocket. It was a call from an unknown number. "Hello?" His deep voice echoed through the phone. "It's June." The caller on the other end giggled and said some more words. "Okay." Roman replied, smirking. "I'll find you, just stay right where you are."

I picked up the phone, and goddess so gracious, the phone was open. I went through the phone, and my mouth fell open. "Gamma Tomas!"

Echo’s POV: Grrr…Grrr… His phone rang. He didn't care about the phone call at first and held my ring finger with one of his hands and the pliers in the other. He wasn’t even bothered with the constant phone ring. What kind of bullshit was he?

It was something I would never unsee if I mistakenly saw it. Then it rang. Out of instincts, I grabbed it and picked the call. "Who is this?" I said in a monotone voice. "Give me back my damn phone!" I flinched at the way the voice shouted. "I didn't steal it, you have mine." I rolled my eyes, recognizing the voice immediately. "I don't have time for your stupid games. I need that phone." He said. "You have no right to speak rudely to me. I can drop the phone in water you know." I frowned.

I took out my phone with fake eagerness and dialed the number, praying it would go to a recording so I could be done with this. The phone rang once, twice, three times... and then a voice said: "The number you have dialed is not in service. Please check the number and try again." I tried to hide my relief as I turned to my mother with a disappointed look. "Mom, the number does not work," I said, putting frustration in my voice. "This Gabriel was supposed to call me, and he did not. Now when I try, his phone is not even connected. What kind of serious man has a phone number that does not work?"
