Seeing the pasta salad, I nearly teared up. “What’s wrong?” Axton asked as he carried the plates toward the small table, used for staff. “How did you know I wanted pasta salad?” I kept my attention on the plate as I sat at the table. “I found it in the fridge. There was a note on the container that it was made for you, for your birthday.” I remember commenting how I wished I could eat pasta salad for my birthday, but that had been last week. I never expected anyone to remember or to even do it. I was curious who had heard me because I had said it in my room and couldn’t recall if anyone had been around.

Janelle continued with chopping the cucumber, they wanted to make vegetable salad for the after Thanksgiving refreshments, and both family and friends were invited. "So... the chefs, what are they making?", Janelle asked. "They would make Taramasalata, I think so, that's what you father requested them to make", Mrs Parker replied. "Ta-tara...", Janelle was finding it hard pronouncing the word. "Taramasalata Janelle, it's Ta-ra-ma-sa-la-ta, just know all the beginning letters ends with an 'A' at the back of them", Mrs Parker hinted.

"What'cha making?" Annie's eyes light up with joy as she looks down at our daughter. "We are making potao salad. You take the eggs, boil them and cut them up, then do the same with the potaos. Then when it's all cooled off in the fridge for a good fifteen minutes or so, you add some mayo, chopped up dill pickles, and mustard." She looks at the mayo mixture she just finished putting together and takes a spoon full, letting Lilly taste it. "What do you think of the dressing for the potato salad?" Lilly smiles as she licks the spoon clean. "I absolutely love it. Momma said the baby is making her puky... She also said she needs to eat to make it stop." She looks at me. "When will food be done?"

1 tbsp oil, 250 g bacon, strips, 1/2 cup button mushroom, canned, sliced, 1/2 cup onion, white, chopped, 2 pouches DEL MONTE Carbonara Sauce (200g), 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, black, 1/3 cup butter, 1/2 cup cheese, grated, 1/4 cup parsley, chopped and 1 pack DEL MONTE Spaghetti (400g). I prepared a pot and boiled the pasta. When the pasta is cooked, I reserved 1 cup of water for the pasta. I discarded the excess water and dried it. I put it back on the stove. I sauté the bacon in oil until browned and removed the bacon and set it aside. In the same pot, I sauté the mushroom for 2 minutes. Add onion and sauté until translucent. I added the reserved pasta water and DEL MONTE Carbonara Sauce

I asked, unsure of what I was smelling and of all the random ingredients on the counter. "This is what I call dump pasta." A crooked grin appeared on his lips. "Do I want to know?" My nose wrinkled. "As I said, there wasn't much in the kitchen. Also, the stuff I bought, Jaxon told me it had been tossed when he moved your bike to the garage. So, I improvised with what vegetables I could find in the fridge. I found some smoked sausage in the fridge, which I cut up and added to the mix. I didn't think it would be enough protein, so I added some beans I found and three eggs. We don't have any sauce, so I melted butter and mixed in a few different seasons."

Anton and Vittorio had placed a big bowl of rice with vegetables along with a salad with some fluffy white stuff on it. "This," Anton pointed to the pasta, "Is my great great great grandmother Mary's famous Risotto with mushroom sauce. And that," He pointed to the salad, "Is Panzanella. It contains Tuscan bread, fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, onions and grounded pepper," I could already felt my mouth water at the sight of the food. I quickly gave grace and began to eat. Just as I imagined, the food was delicious, and I almost sank into my seat in satisfaction. While we all ate, I was able to get to know more about Anton and awed at how he and Josephina met.

"Does anyone know what the missing one wants?" "Eggplant Parmigiana and house salad," Bill said. "I'll have two orders of the Bruschetta and an antipasto as appetizers for the table, the Toscana Pork Chops and Mediterranean salad." And I immediately obeyed her instructions and started grabbing the ingredients. "Start boiling water in a big pan, with a little bit of oil and salt in it." I started following Skye's instructions. "Then while you're waiting for the water to boil, start chopping the garlic, minced."

I set down to do it, the plan was to make a creamy pasta salad which would taste so delicious that they would forget everything that happened the previous day. I began to do that, gathering all the ingredients from the store at first, I decided to use chicken broth for it too. Close to an hour later, my salad and creamy pasta was ready, just waiting to be mixed together, I did that too, and as soon as I was done with it, I poured it all into a big flask and placed it right at the center of the long table in the dining room. I picked the plate, rinsed then and set it there too, waiting for everyone to wake so they could come have their meal.
