But I can do this. I think…. Stripping off my clothes, I get into the bathtub and pour in some bubbles. I like bubbles. Once I am concealed in my cloudy white sanctuary, I begin to shave my legs. I shave my armpits. I contemplate Poppy’s advice and sigh. She’s probably right…. I shave… down there. Something tells me this is not going to be comfortable in a day or two…. Satisfied that the king will not be revolted, I wash my hair and let the conditioner sit for a bit before I rinse that off, too.

There was a huge free standing bathtub next to another glass wall facing out over that beautiful lake view. "Wow Emmett. " I smiled. "It's a special glass you can't be seen just in case your worried." He laughed letting go of my hand and bending over to fill the tub. "Bubbles?" He asked. "Please" I smiled. "Lavender or seaweed?" He asked holding up two bottles "Whichever" I laughed. He smiled and tossed in the lavender. When it was filled he turned to me. "Okay so your all set. I guess I will leave you to it." He began to back away seemingly awkward.

“I’m going to add one more thing to the water so when you settle down into the tub Jessa won’t be able to see anything.” She smiles at me gently as she holds a robe out for me to slip my arms into. “Bubbles have always done marvelous things for relaxing the mind, body and soul.”

She’s loved everything I found there so far. I rummage through the cabinets, and once I find everything I want, I set it all on the counter. I light a few candles, placing them around the tub. I fill the tub with skin-melting hot water—her exact words—and add some calming chamomile and lavender bubble bath for her.

“Do you have anything you need me to do?” I desperately needed a bath but, looking through the bag she had brought in with her, there was no soap. I walked over to the bathroom and opened its doors only to find nothing too. What was I supposed to bathe with? “Luna?” Poppy called out from behind me. “Are you looking for something?” “Yes.” I sighed, turning back to her. I ran my hand through my hair, it was going to take more than a bar of soap to get me clean. “I need you to get me soap, shampoo, a comb and oh, a toothbrush.”

Not the cheap kind you got at a dollar store. And the bubble bath. She’d been positively gleeful when she’d found it in one of the bathroom drawers. It too was expensive. A name brand she recognized. At first she’d hesitated to use it, but the temptation had been too great and she’d delightedly dumped it into her bath as it was drawing. She cupped a handful of the suds and then blew them across the water, laughing as they scattered and drifted like leaves in autumn. “You’re so fucking beautiful, you make my chest hurt.”

She untied the satin robe that clung to her body, allowing it to gracefully slide down her arms and cascade to the floor, revealing her bare form. As she approached the large bathtub filled with frothy, bubble-laden water, steam gently rising from its surface, She couldn't help but feel a sense of anticipation. This was her moment of respite, a chance to indulge in a few precious moments of solitude and self-care. With a serene smile on her face, she carefully lowered herself into the soothing water, feeling the warmth envelop her body. She leaned back, allowing the bubbles to caress her skin, their delicate scent permeating the air.

I needed this so badly to reset and calm down. It smells like rose water, courtesy of the maid, no doubt as it’s hardly a Brandon smell, and the bubbles surround my face, blocking out all thoughts for a moment as I revel in this kind of perfection. I use my foot to turn the tap off when the water brims to the very highest edges of the bath and sink, allowing my bum to lift off the bottom as I’m suspended, floating in relaxation.

She took a deep breath and immediately could smell the scent of lavender and vanilla as it floated through the air, transporting her to a place of entire serenity. She turned on the faucet and water began to pour into the tub. The bubble bath had earlier been poured in, creating a fluffy, white cloud that seemed to excite her. She dipped her hands into the water, catching a white cloud of lather. With a contented sigh as the tub filled up, she turned off the faucet and slowly began to lower herself into the bathtub, the bubbles gradually rising up to meet her.

Or if she wanted him to show up. She hopped into her bathtub and soaked her skin in the lavender scent bubble bath. Small petals of red roses were scattered in the water to increase the pungency of the fragrance. Her nostrils were always addicted to fragrance and that was Rose's specialty. Her skin was being soothed like an oil massage and Rose had her head against the edge of the tub to soak her whole body even more into the tub.
