I looked up at him. Despite everywhere being dark, his evil eyes still glowed white. "What does this do?" I asked. "Why did you put a chain around my neck?" He chuckled. "Oh, child. That chain around your neck will electrocute you anytime you try to shift or use your powers. So, there's no escaping for you. You see that guy over there?" he asked.
