Guardians of the Stones. Earth-Air

Guardians of the Stones. Earth-Air

He got into the car and told the driver the address. Martin felt like he was in seventh heaven. He was sitting on a chair in front of a small table in the apartment where he was about to meet one of the leaders of the organisation. It was more than an honour. There was a ring on the table. Martin had been staring for an hour at the beautiful green jewel for which this war was fought. A tiny emerald that could, and would change the course of human history. To be honest, the stone did not look very special and it was hard to imagine that it could hold such enormous power. For one brief second, Martin allowed himself to think what it would be like if this power belonged to him. All he had to do

You can recognize good book from few pages. Paul White created amazing story with a soft touch of his own soul. The book is real deal! You can't stop reading it. Waiting for the second chapter, which I believe could bring even more action, love and adventures.

Sunstone - Tainted by Enemy's Blood

Sunstone - Tainted by Enemy's Blood

Calling upon my powers, I fueled up, making sure that I had enough power built up inside of me, for what was coming my way, as I closed my eyes, calling out to the sunstone to help me send this beast back to the underworld where it belonged. I could feel the warmth of the sunstone now on my neck, making me open my eyes, as a red glow began to form around me telling me that its powers were ready to assist me. As the creature came into my sight, I let out one hell of a bolt of my power towards it, while the red light followed my power like a stream. I watched as my white light of power emerged with the red stream, forming as one, before it hit the beast dead in the chest, bringing it straight

Claws of Stone

Claws of Stone

And now, as I gazed upon his forsaken fortress, I knew that the time for reckoning had come. The wind howled through the barren landscape, a haunting symphony that echoed my determination. With every step I took towards the fortress, the memories of Jane and the pain caused by Zack’s cruelty fueled the fire burning inside me. I would not be denied. I had trained relentlessly, honing my skills to become an unstoppable force, an avenging demon. The world had taught me the hard way that justice was rarely meted out fairly, so I had taken matters into my own hands.

The Luna Stone

The Luna Stone

Mate bond! The weight that Mate Bond heaps on one is something greater than just a heap of sand, but of vital importance to the body, that the body can not just ignore. Its control is way stronger than the spell of that of love potion. Still lying on that tiny, little bed which was given to me, I was still struggling to regain my sanity. Almost like I was literally going out of my mind. "Just be calm, I'll get your medicine shortly." Lilivet said, running her fingers on my right knee.

His Stonewalling Mate

His Stonewalling Mate

Tristan, Retha's bashful mate, asked. June looked at him, opened her mouth but Jason beat her to it. "Yes, it was." "A Male rogue." June smirked. Horace chuckled, "Okay, this teenager's got spirit." He began, June glared. "But honey, everybody can't be alpha, everybody can't be normal. Some people lead the food chain while some are at the bottom of it. We have gold, diamond, ruby and we have stone. It's just how it is." A moment of silence could be heard as June eyed Horace, she despised the amused look in his eyes. "I'm not a teenager Horace."

he said, nodding towards my battered silver band, "are hard to come by." "My twin and I wear a matching set," I said, spinning it with my thumb. "Why are you telling me this?" "Because you need to know what we can do." He sat up, eyeing me warily. "When I take it off, the world changes. It looks the same, but foggy, and I don't see people anymore, I see their souls. It's a pretty pointless ability really," I said, staring at my hands. "Lills is different though. She closes her eyes and sees the taken. She can interact with them and hear them speak. I can't. The ones I see are just dim reflections. It doesn't have much of an effect on me, but it takes a lot out of her."

Beneath The Moon's Bite

Beneath The Moon's Bite

“Anchor. Fracture. Growth. A reminder of your vocabulary. Use them wisely.” I clenched the stones in my fist. They were just rocks. But they were also my first words. “It’s time.” Zayne said, nodding toward the door. We walked out into the twilight. The Kindred warriors, led by Kael, stood ready—ten grim-faced rogues. Morwen approached the unyielding rock face one last time. “The path is open to the quiet heart.” she said, looking at me. “Speak your intention.” I stepped forward. I placed my hand on the stone, not with force, but with respect. I found my quiet center. I didn’t think of power or fear. I thought of my purpose, clear and simple.

A Vow of Stone and Starlight

A Vow of Stone and Starlight

He looked powerful, but I could feel his hand gripping the armrest so hard the wood was cracking. I took my first step. The glass was freezing. It groaned under my weight. A tiny crack appeared under my big toe. The crowd gasped. “Don't look down,” Alaric warned. “Look at me. Focus on the crown on your palm. Push your magic into it.” I focused on the black tattoo on my hand. It began to burn. I took another step. Then another. The glass under my feet began to glow with a faint, golden light. It wasn't my light. It was a mix of my starlight and Alaric's dark power.

The Alpha’s Debt of Blood: The Unwanted Mate

The Alpha’s Debt of Blood: The Unwanted Mate

"You are trying to be the martyr again, sister. Just like mother. She gave her life for a sanctuary that lasted a mere decade. How long will your dome last? A minute? Ten?" "Long enough," I said. I reached for the Mother-Lode essence in my marrow. I didn't push the fire. I pushed the Roots. I remembered the Father of Roots in the Iron-Wood Valley. I remembered how it drank the darkness and turned it into gold. I channeled that memory into the white stone beneath my feet. "Breathe with the stone," Hala's voice whispered in my mind. The marble didn't shatter this time. It began to change. The white stone turned a deep, translucent red—Sanguine Marble. The red energy flowed up the Border-Spire,

Alpha's Regret: His Rejected Hybrid Mate

Then, one by one, the sounds faded. She turned her attention back to me. "Aria Stone," she said in a dry and measured tone. "My dear, the Sacred Path is the most peaceful road in this entire region. Warded, guarded, and monitored by both magic and technology." She paused, then squinted her eyes and adjusted her glasses. "You're a magic merchant. You should understand what I mean. Make, it is clearly not possible for an attack to occur there. No one would dare." Her eyes hardened as she concluded, "Your claim defies reason, Aria Stone."
