I couldn’t help but giggle and it was nice for her to giggle along with me. When we sat down, Lucian grabbed my hand and moved closer to my ear. “They look a whole lot more scary than they are. Don’t let them fool you”, he said, and I couldn’t understand why he felt the need to let me know that they were already so nice and far from scary. “Scarlet, me and Freya here spoke about your childhood. The next day Catherine dreaded going to school but she had to, remembering Justin’s threat, she didn’t want to take it for granted. MICA'S POV. We had to go back to get my things later that day, I was actually scared of going back there but being with Lucan I felt secure because he would not allow anything to happen to me. But as we entered the room and I saw the claw marks on the floor, my fear came back and I began to fidget.
