ARCLAND: The Messiah

ARCLAND: The Messiah

The old man who owned the shop was flustered, 'This is the first time someone actually wanted to read a book about mana other than that handsome kid. The smile on his face brightened, "If it's about mana, please follow me upstairs, but your servants cannot come with you." Chiara flinched, 'Why can't Fey and Shiela come with me upstairs?' She glanced at the two as they shook their heads to tell her not to go with the owner alone, but she already got word that it is the only book shop in the capital, the others are far from the palace. "I'll be back in a jiffy!" She exclaimed while running behind the old man to keep up with him.

My Next Life As A Wicked Dame (ENGLISH)

My Next Life As A Wicked Dame (ENGLISH)

Arghhhh I should have read the epilogue first. 'Epilogue before Prologue' is the motto of people who have trust issue. Those who have trusted but were disappointed. That's why I don't want to get attached to the characters! Because are not even real yet they still do die. Now I'm starting to have trust issues. When I get the book back from the dog. I will surely read the epilogue first, I'm afraid all of those romantic dialogues would be washed down in vain! All of my expectations might crumble like a sand castle. Even though I might have learned some important things, I could never relax, and don't trust too much.

Omega (Book 1)

Omega (Book 1)

Klark, ‘Tribid Greed’ by Steve Reynolds, and a lot of other books. One by one Trisha returned all the books she'd picked. When she was beginning to get tired and unmotivated, the corner of her eyes perceived a strange book on a shelf not too far from where she was. Its spines were tattered and appeared like spiky wires beneath the poor lighting.

This is a really nice book, surprisingly good for this platform. Needs a lot of proofreading ,(please, vocative comas are your friends! Use them!), but overall it's a good story. Well developed characters, interesting plot and a HEA ending, of course. Congrats to the author!

The Protégé

The Protégé

Yang Xiao tried hard to digest the shock from earlier. He hurriedly raised his eyes and asked. Sharly nodded again. "Actually, the prophecy is vague, but I think it should be you." "Three years ago, at the moment when my brother stepped into the Half-step Martial Emperor Realm, the Pope invited the First gavel, the head of the four Legal Elders of the Divine Sect, to divine. "In the end, the Great gave us three prophecies. One of them was that His Highness the Chosen Son will have an enemy from the East."

Well no matter how good ML in combat skills, medicine skills etc but once he cheats on his wife, gonna drop this story. Why author makes other women shamelessly wanna grab other woman's husband? Ridiculous. I never support stories with unfaithful ML!

The Proposal (Book 3 of The Arrangement series)

The Proposal (Book 3 of The Arrangement series)

The SUV pulled up to the curb in front of a small grocery store. From the outside, there was nothing special about the boxy, brick building called the Quick Shop. It was an ugly shade of brown, the plate glass windows in need of cleaning, and the cracks in the sidewalk and concrete steps in desperate need of patching. But just like with The Rabbit Hole bar, looks could be fucking deceiving. For the real action at this place happened beneath it. Or so Amber and Grayson soon learned as Giovanni and the driver quickly unloaded a lifeless Leo from the SUV and rushed him towards the front doors of the grocery store.

MATED TO THE ROUGE ALPHA

MATED TO THE ROUGE ALPHA

A single window at the top let in a narrow beam of grey light. Aurora walked slowly between the shelves, running her fingers lightly along the spines of the books. She did not know what she was looking for exactly. But she knew she was looking for something. The words of Elder Cassius played again and again in her head like a song she could not shake. The prophecy does not lie. It has already begun. She pulled out one book. It was too new. She put it back. She pulled out another. Too thin. She moved deeper into the library, toward the older shelves at the very back where the books looked like they had not been touched in years.
