Replied Zach, “I didn’t mean it that way buddy! I would never.” I knew he was saying the truth. But this feeling was strong, and it was hard to control it. It was the wolf part of me trying to protect its mate. Zach was a wolf too, so he understood. “Yeah, no hard feelings.” I said and then, changing the subject. “So, how’s it going with the investigation about the prophecy?” There was this old prophecy told by my people, that a darkness would awaken and bring despair to our family. It was believed that this prophecy would soon come true. Zach oversaw the investigation, trying to find what would awaken and try to prevent it.

“Here we go.” The rogues lunged. And the war began.

was just the prologue. The real war was just beginning.

The prophecy had just claimed its first life. And we weren’t done fighting.

"He's just beginning." The column of light expanded, consuming everything in the pass—the drones, the Gravekeeper, the mountain, the sky. "Is this the end?" Richard screamed over the roar of the disintegration. "No," the figure said, his voice drowned out by the sound of a world being rewritten. "It’s the prologue." The light vanished. The mountain pass was gone. The sky was silent. Only the figure remained, standing in the crater, watching the dust settle. "Who are you?" a voice echoed from the dark hole in the mountain.

The expedition to break the curse leads to the road flowing with blood all the way, you have no choice but to do it anyway. After reading the preamble, Lord Yong hands were shivering to go to the next page that might have the full view of expedient. The part that made his stomach churn was the last line of the prologue and its mention of Blood. Lots of questions plagued the mind of Lord Yong at that moment. Taking a deep breath he finally managed to turn to the next page. A shudder went through his body seeing the illustrations, it was something bizarre and mysterious. He curiously started to read the words.

Elena asked, leaning her head against his shoulder. ​"No, Rogue," Leo whispered, pulling her into the eternal shadow of the Great Green. "This is the Prologue."

This isn’t the end of the prophecy. It’s the beginning.
