I sang out so loud as I was using the shower. Ever since I heard the song it has played rent free in my head. It became my favorite song recently. I don’t really know how to place it but the song just had a way of making me feel a sort of way. Maybe a little relief or a little heart broken. It made me feel more at ease whenever I shot out the lyrics. Most especially where it says “I promise I would take my heart back, I promise to take my revenge for the scattered heart. For all the broken promises, the lies and all the pains you made me go through.”

I’m certainly not proposing you this way or this soon despite how much I want to (just so you know, I’m dead serious about proposing to you someday, just not today) This is a promise ring (I believe that’s what they call these days) I give you this ring to say that I’m so in love with you and that I promise to make you the happiest person in the world. I know you don’t love me yet but that’s okay. You said you trust me with your life and I promise that I’ll do anything to keep that trust. I just hope you don’t lose faith in me, ever. I’ve made a lot of promises to you over the years since our childhood. I’ve kept every one of them and I intend to keep them all – new and old.
