Stepbrother's Darling

Stepbrother's Darling

She instructs me, editing our pictures. I do as she says, I open a Beastly Beauty T*****r account and add a photo of me in lingerie, kneeling on her bed with a lollipop in my mouth. A mask covers my face, I look unrecognisable, I don’t think anyone would ever know it’s me.

Puck Me Behind The Mask

Puck Me Behind The Mask

"Zara would kill me if I let you stay bruised up." I shove the phone into my pocket, the screen pressing against my thigh, burning a hole through the denim. "Yeah. Thanks," I mutter, staring out the window. The rain streaks the glass, blurring the streetlights into jagged smears of neon. My ribs throb in time with the turn signal, a dull, aching rhythm that makes it hard to breathe.

She was leaning over the counter, her left hand stabilization-clamping the synthetic skin canvas of The False Engine, while her right hand managed a short, thick hog-bristle blending brush. She was blending deep, bruised violet pigments directly onto the silicone cheekbone of the mask. Her movements were non-linear, unpredictable, and entirely devoid of geometric optimization. She would dip the brush into a shallow pool of wet acrylic liquid, scrape the excess onto a wrinkled sheet of aluminum foil, and then apply the color to the synthetic flesh in soft, rapid, and rhythmic stippling patterns. With every stroke of her wrist, the flat, bloodless polymer matrix of the mask began to shift, tak

The Prince Who Was Raised in Hell

Caspian let Handsome and Little Candy enter Earrings of Echo to rest first, and then he took out All Life Ghost Mask and covered his face. Immediately, his facial features became blurred as if they had melted, but soon, they became three-dimensional again.

What happened to the original writer of this book? The new writer is a far cry from the first one in terms of style, creativity, dialogue and story telling. He has turned a once very arresting story into a very boring one. It is sad.

Nothing is Forbidden, Right?

Nothing is Forbidden, Right?

Lex perused the masquerade, feeling somewhat elated by the fact that he was indistinguishable. He adjusted his white and gold mask that covered his entire forehead but extended only to half of his face. The overall colour was white with an acrylic effect. The gold highlighted the eyelids and accentuated the mask.

I just thought this story was wonderful! The interactions, conversations, personalities were just real, sweet, emotional and fun. Just enough tension to spice it up but nothing stupid in behavior or words. Well done! Loved it!
Kara Lynne Anderson
This was excellent. I enjoyed it and was relieved that the author didn't try to add in a plot twist that would have changed the personality the story built for each character. the characters were so relatable and the forbidden aspect made every encounter filled with all the right tension.

CRUEL OBSESSION

CRUEL OBSESSION

⸻ Sienna frowned. “I already saw this.” ⸻ “Wait,” the technician said. ⸻ He rewound slightly. Paused. Zoomed. ⸻ The image sharpened as much as possible. ⸻ The masked man stood half-turned. His head angled slightly toward the camera. ⸻ The technician clicked again. ⸻ The frame froze. ⸻ Then— slowly— the image shifted. Enhanced. Brightened. ⸻ The mask no longer covered his entire face.

SCHOLAR

SCHOLAR

The pursuer ran away and left her on the floor losing her blood. In her wound, black liquid explodes followed by a worm bursting out of her stabbed area. The worm crawls to her face leaving acid trails that melts her flesh. It spews out acid mixed with soot particles. It melts her face and her muscles in the face start to show. Her skull was covered with black spots and strings of muscles. The worm ate her left eye and forced itself into her sphenoid bone. ........ Present-day. I was staring at the row of seniors entering the gym carrying red velvet suitcases. Their faces are covered by white cloth and a mask. The mask has outlandish features. Each faces has red dots on the cheeks and black

The Mafia Devil's Princess

The Mafia Devil's Princess

I could tell she was going to be really pretty. “We have a rule with our clients,” I pulled my hood away. “Mask off.” The woman lowered her head and was hesitant to pull her mask down. I’m sorry, but you have to… There should be transparency between us. She slowly pulled off her mask. My eyes broadened. A long stitch was carved from each edge of her lips like a wide smile. The stitches were done wonky, and you could tell from the swelling flesh that it was freshly done. A deformed smile, like that of a Cheshire cat.

The fabric resisted at first, he tried to fight, but the punch he threw was too weak, the mask was slick with sweat and blood, but I dug my fingers beneath it, yanking with savage strength. And then it came free. The mask tore away in my hands.

Tangled In Velvet

Tangled In Velvet

Inside: a single photo. Vivienne, tied to a chair, head bowed. Today’s date scribbled in red marker. A caption beneath it, scrawled in elegant hand: “No more hiding. No more girls. Bring the mask.” Back at the penthouse, Penelope was scanning folder paths while medical tape clung to her wrist. She opened a hidden subfolder titled MASK-ALPHA-R. Inside: lines of corrupted text, as if overwritten again and again. She ran a partial decode.
