In Valery's family's manor, after watching the news, Elizabeth was extremely disappointed. She let out news about Sonia hooked up with Jim, and help Eva to get the leading heroine, in order to stimulate Melanie and Wendy's hatred. So that she could take advantage of their sabers to get rid of Sonia. She didn't expect that the saber was so weak that it was cut off in a few seconds. "Mommy, that bitch is so lucky. She always got out of the way." Valery was furious. "Don't worry. There are plenty of chances. She can't just get away with it every single time." Elizabeth snorted coldly. Her eyes looked particularly weird, as if she had come up with a more vicious idea.

She cleared her throat, her voice heavy with disappointment. "You were the one who cheated first, Elizabeth. I am ashamed to ask Xavier's parents for anything." She lifted her chin slightly. "All of your assets and wealth will go to them. Consider it your atonement." After a brief pause, she pulled out a pile of newspapers and flung them at Elizabeth. "Read. See how the world sees you now." Elizabeth frowned slightly and skimmed through the headlines. They were all the same. The version of her that didn’t feel her pulse race at the sound of Liam’s footsteps because she couldn’t tell if it was fear or something worse. “Except asking me to let you go.” Of course. Of course. Elizabeth turned away from the window and sank onto the bed again, hugging her knees to her chest. “Then what the hell do I wish for?” she whispered. Suddenly, Elizabeth’s breath hitched. A flash of memory struck her like lightning. The door. The woman. The dead woman. She had seen it once—just for a second—and then never again. A strange chill ran down her spine as she stood. Quietly, she made her way through the silent house, her bare feet padding against the wooden floor. The hallway stretch

Elizabeth She arrived at White Manor and slipped off her platform heels, walking barefoot from the car hoping her mother would be asleep. Elizabeth knew that her mother would have heard about August’s engagement by now and she would be livid. From the outside, her life seemed glamorous; the glitz, the glam, the fashion and the money. Her family, The Whites, being the second wealthiest family in Washington, second only to the Dereons. Her father had his fingers in many pies, some even speculating that he had ties to the Chicago mafia underbelly.

"Mum.. what are you doing?" Elizabeth chuckled and itched the back of her head as if caught in a bad act.. "Well you see..I heard Mr Wales son is quite a catch...I mean he's good looking and still a bachelor" Mia's expression remained indifferent, she had a hunch about this.. "Mum! are you trying to get rid of me?" Elizabeth sprang up to her feet and placed a palm over Mia's mouth.. "Not at all dear.. I'm so sorry, I didn't know when it slipped out"

Eva’s eyes widened in shock as she turned her gaze towards Chris ‘How did he know? “Why are you here?” Elizabeth didn’t want to see the vicious woman. She couldn’t believe everything her husband told her last night after the farce was over. Grace looked more pleasing to the eye now that she looked at her. Especially after hearing about her experience, Elizabeth couldn’t even remember why she had such prejudice.

Elizabeth turned to look at me over her left shoulder, annoyance obviously shining in her eyes. "Sure." She said. "Make sure you sign those papers, okay?" Elizabeth looked furious that she had to leave her own space for Elijah and I. But she did leave without uttering another word. Once she left, Elijah started walking towards me. The look he gave me was enough for me to know that he had known what I was doing. He knew I had taken the little bottle of poison from Cane's jacket, and he knew I was trying to kill my own sister.

She breathed, wiping furiously at her cheeks before whipping around to disappear into the dark corridor and leaving me with nothing but dark, ravaging thoughts. “What are you going to do Ezra, this shit is bad,” Rudolf whispered and I resisted the urge to grip his shoulders and shake him until his eyes rattled in their sockets. Did he think I didn't know that already? I had a Queen who was threatening hell and fucking hades if I didn't bow to her wishes and a new human I simply couldn't forget! Forcing Elizabeth to mate in full view of the court would shatter what little dignity she had left in Blackwood.

Elizabeth took a long, slow sip… and said the words like she was discussing the weather. “I killed her.” I blinked. Tapped my ears. Surely I heard wrong. This bitch did not just say she killed someone! “You did WHAT?” I shouted. Elizabeth sighed, rolling her eyes. “I killed the maid, Selena. That’s what I said.” “ARE YOU MAD?!” I screamed, grabbing my hair. “Why would you KILL her?!” “Because I needed her identity,” Elizabeth replied calmly. “Relax. No one will find her. And since she was new, it won’t matter. Her records weren’t even processed yet.”

I could tell I would easily like her as I got to know her. “Sorry, er, Elizabeth,” he said losing track of what he was going to say. “Prince Eric has been poisoned,” the doctor said immediately. “How?” Elizabeth asked, as I sat up trying to understand what had happened. We both fought the same wolves. I did not feel ill, I thought to myself.
