She was unable to suppress the quiet whine that worked its way out of her throat, cracking through the flimsy apprehension that they were both immersed in. Another big hand slipped down her stomach, a warm palm flattening which made the Queen shiver. Lukas parted her lips with his tongue, licking into her mouth carefully and languidly. She mewled, lifting her hands and curling them around his neck, trying to pull him even closer. Lukas was warm and firm against her, overwhelming in every way possible.

Jolene argues with herself out loud, “There’s no way that the queen actually wrote a Bococa about black magic. Is she really that stupid, I wonder if she wrote in here about how to defeat herself?”

I was reading a loud in hushed whispers, my voice echoing in the stillness of the room. But just as I was flipping through, the boldly written title of a passage seemed to make me pause. It read ‘Qualifications of a King’ exactly what I was here for. I squinted my eyes tightly at the faded words written in the book. I carefully read through the passage, taking it word for word.
