Quidditch Novels & Stories

“Sorry.” I receive an intense what the hell is wrong with you look before she repeats herself. She talks slowly so I can follow, “Not quite fifteen movies, but they play Quidditch, which is actually flying rugby.” “It’s going to the top of my movie list then,” I tell her. We laugh some more and continue as we talk about everything, from our favorite beer to our favorite television shows. It’s time well spent until our meals arrive. We’re comfortable now and it’s nice. Halfway through our food, the waiter returns and asks if we’re from out of town.

They were all in silence starting at the soccer board, no one was enthusiastic about that, they needed a new adventure "What do you boys say,let make something" Bill said as he removed his shirt "What do you have on you mind ?"replied kelvin, gazing at Tom who was as busy under a box. "I left my action figure here, didn't you see it?" "Lets go out for some air we'll think better that way" They all headed out, Tom unsatisfied with his quest for his action figure. The boys all had bikes which made them fast around town. They all had all sorts of talks and arguments as they rode, the city was on the radar today.

It was apparently a tradition that took place any time they fought—which was often. "Why monopoly?" Jules had asked. Merlin passed him the dice, laughing he'd said. "This is the only game we have where Venus couldn't automatically cheat." "Oh," he'd said thinking, that was probably right, games like chess and cards were off the table. Chad had snorted, "can we get this thing going already? I have things to do." Venus looked at him. "No, you don't." His cheeks heated. "Venus! Shut up and get out of my damn head!"

As strategies go, I can’t fault it. Unfortunately for the Bratva - which my brother heads - he’s made no secret of the fact that he’ll gut anyone who tries to hurt me. It’s nothing personal, just that I’m the only remaining member of his family and also a valuable chess piece in his organized crime games – a strategic marriage might mean the difference between being friends or enemies.

I nodded my head in agreement, "How will she help me with my training, Dad?" "Okay, let's see it this way," He took a deep breath and lifted his hand that was holding the bird in the pit of the palm above his head. "You have seen Harry Potter, right? And the Golden Snitch— that cute little ball, used in the game of quidditch, with thin feathery and pointed wings is not something I need to tell you about. The ball one of the two seekers of the competing team has to catch to call it a game."

He had the sense to change tactics and move the hell on, but he chose another dead end question. "Catalina, how did you get that vial? The one you used in the lab." She giggled like the kid that she is and jumped down off his lap. "Are you done showing me, uncle Hank? Lily Anna and I were learning to play Janggi; we're going to play with aunty Roxy." "Daf… what is that?" I asked Mancini. "It's Korean chess." "And you just happen to have a board laying around?" "No, but I have a Xiangqi board… never mind that we need to get Jason and Roxana in here."

The entire stadium is on their feet, clapping, cheering, and banging noisemakers together. Geni was right. I've seen excitement at sporting events before, but never like this. For the next ninety-plus minutes, the field is a flurry of men running back and forth. I have a hard time following the action because it just looks like a bunch of guys chasing a ball. I know there's more to it, but without knowing the rules, my brain just can't wrap around what's happening.

Tasha said to Damian who stood beside her. “Its a game played between witches, a series of questions you cannot get the answers wrong, the players decide what would be the stake and the loser must pay even if it is with his life, his death will be immediate and swift because it would be a blood oath between players. And in this case what is at stake is the life of the loser” Damian said and other turned to look at him too apart from William who already knew what it was. “Is it the truth?” Randall said to William and when he nodded his head in a positive answer, their chests sank down to their belly.

Third pov "Look Kova, Quidditch ground model" Vanessa screamed jumping like a little kid while looking at the Quidditch model in front of her. "Clam down nessa" Kova gently murmured to Vanessa who was not listening at all. Vanessa and Kova were wandering around in the harry potter mini-museum that lead the Potterhead to the main theatre where the show was about to be held in 20 minutes, the mini-museum was a surprise for all of them who were about to see the show.
