Novel & Cerita Quinn Fourth Wing

Meg POV Nine years old I can hear Quinn calling me. I ducked under the branch that was hanging over the path. I can’t believe that I talked him into coming out here with me. I could have come alone. I know where I’m going but I wanted company, his company. The whole group of us used to run through the woods all the time. Climbing trees and spending the day out by the waterfall. Then a couple of years ago the boys decided that they didn’t want to hang around with April and me and do what they call girlie things. Then we all started focusing more on our training. The guys mostly, I understand, they are going to be the ones leading the pack and they need to know how to defend it, but I’ve misse

But rumours were told that she created a hideout containing a legion of powerful immortals. The fourth vampire types are also known as the winged vampires. They are the offspring of a bat-kin and vampire. With their blood mixed, they had superhuman strength, speed, senses, stamina, accelerated healing factor, metamorphosis or atomize, lesser-immortality and they had wings on their back. They could travel both day and night and didn’t have any weaknesses. Sherry is, no doubt the fourth type. From what I can tell, her other bloodline might possibly be under Elizabeth’s bloodline— because, for a vampire, she’s beautiful.

ask Nathan. He doesn’t understand what operator said. “That mean Fluxters will not attack even you stand on their face.” Said Stevan. “As long the Aero-drones still active, this broadcast will remain. So, you can take a seat or stand or whatever you like and watch your future job demo.” Said Samuel. Both squad watching Cornelio and Squad 44 fighting the unknown Varniant type inside chamber projection. “GLT, GRD, shoot a flash light!” said the Squad 44 Leader.

I should have run. She laughs, short and hard. “Oh, the look on your face! You all assume the same thing. No wings, but enough like the dragons to make us illusionists. The qualifications for becoming one of those monster’s soldiers, a hunter. That was the first word that popped into your head, wasn’t it?” She takes a step forward and my wings quiver with the urge to jump back. But hunters have ways to keep those with wings grounded. “Well, you’d be half right.” Her grin grows. “What do you mean?” I ask, my voice a pathetic squeak. “Half right?”

She got up and smiled, "Shawn." She threw herself into his arms. As he held her, Shawn shook his head, pinched her cheeks, and asked, "Why are you so stubborn? You never listen to me. Hold on, okay? I need to do something important." He helped her sit at the edge of the bed and went back to face Suarez who had now opened his eyes. Queen got up, took off her skirt, and was about to take off her panties. The gun, which was strapped to her thigh, was now revealed and when Shawn noticed what she was doing, he said, "No, Queen!"

Queen countered as she stuck her tongue out. They are the members of the Knights. Angel Quillan A.K.A. HEART Ashley Fern Heronimo A.K.A. QUEEN Jacob Ash Heronimo A.K.A. KING Originally, we had a fifth member, Spade. He joined the group three months after I joined but I never knew who he was nor saw his face. He never joined us at the hideout and only appeared in combats. Six months ago, he left the group and only Angel knew his real reason. I never had the time to ask nor investigate about him because I was sure Angel already knew who he was and that was enough for me to trust him.

He wasn't sure because not once has she looked at his direction. Frank felt like marching over to their table and shoving his chicken wing down her companion throat. That would teach him a lesson or two and equally paint him a monster in the presence of his investors as well so it wasn't even an option to consider. Damn. This wasn't how he planned to spend his night. Anything other than the sight for sore eyes seating across his table would have been just great. How could she pretend not to have noticed his presence right by her side. Was she really that blind by the new guy?

Mission approved. Zach was tucked behind the flower trellis near the altar, with his brother-in-arms, Nas, adjusting his collar like it was a tactical vest. I caught a glimpse of his cufflinks when he lifted his hand, polished silver, engraved with his badge number. The fireman cleaned up well. Everything was ready. My humans. My kittens. My kingdom. I turned once, slowly, taking in the guests, the decorations, the scent of peonies and champagne and spring air, thick with meaning.

I spoke gesturing and giving Trace a 'duh' look. When I looked around. All four of them were watching me in wonder. It was silent except for the beeping fire extinguisher. I shifted awkwardly. "Uhm..." "Who is this?" The girl suddenly asked sharply. I cleared my throat. "Uhm, I'm..." Trace threw an arm over me beaming at me proudly. "Guys, this is Savannah, our hero." I tried to shake Trace's arm off of me. But just as I had gotten it loose, I felt the air knocked out of me as I was tackled in a bear hug by Dante and lifted off the ground.

We both shared a look of understanding before Lo turned and left us alone. "Quinn what the fuck! what're you thinking? We're in the middle of an Op." "So? You want the others to rip me a new one if I don't let them know something's up?" "Stop bitching like an old woman and let's do this shit bro!" He pulled on the last of his gear and headed into the back of the Humvee Mancini had waiting for us. I think we'd all pretty much given up on trying to figure out how the hell he was able to pull shit out of the hat like that at such short notice. But the fucker did have the best toys.
