Cooper yelled as he ran into the living room. Rachel’s eyes widened and she gave him a fake shocked look. “Panny cakes?” She gasped. “I am so jealous!” He beamed happily, making me chuckle. I stood up with a smile at the sight of Peter. “Aye, aye,” I said, as he wrapped his arms around me. “Hey, Girl! You look so well fed.” He commented, making me blush at his words. “Well, I got a job, so…” I tucked a tendril of my hair behind my ears, shyly… it had always been this way with Peter. Rachel had once commented that we acted more like twins, though we weren’t related. “As a… Hustler?” Came his teasing reply. “Peter!” I hit his chest playfully. “That’s not funny.”
