Raiden X Novels & Stories

All I know is that their emperor is called an Alpha and they do also have humans as slaves in their empires, but I know nothing about how their system works. No, I'm not a vampire. Sometimes, I wish I was a vampire because my life would have been way easier than it is now, but I'm not. If you are wondering who I am, my name is Rayne, Rayne Carson. I'm the one who learned that being gifted can sometimes be a curse.

At the end of the stage, in bold chrome lettering: ETERNITY X AMORA — A Legacy, Rewired. Best of all… the weather was perfect for a fashion show. Models were being mic’d up for pre-show interviews. Photographers buzzed around like caffeinated bees. And I—well, I was somewhere between thrilled and seconds from a breakdown. Raiden appeared beside me, dressed in all black with a silver tie that matched the delicate detailing of his cufflinks. He took it all in with wide eyes. “Florence… this is insane,” he said quietly. “You built this.”

My heart begins to pound very fast in anticipation. The exit door opens, and my head jerks towards it as Xaden walks in. A harsh breath leaves me. A gasp follows. My wolf purrs inside me, even though it’d been silent for a while now. Xaden collects all attention in the room as he walks further in. He looks pale, but his presence still dominates the hall. I can’t stop looking. “You’re awake!” Rhea squeals and rushes up to embrace him. Tightly. Xaden lifts a hand and wraps it around her back. I blink.

I am about to call off the chase as we are outside of the territory now. Then he growls at the sight before him. There are dead men everywhere. The scene is horrific. There are eight dead men around a cooled campfire. The stench of blood is sickening. I looked over the dead men, not one face I recognized. That is until I nudge over the last man. A man I recognize, a boy Vance, watched grow up. Our best friend’s son. Raiden. He may be a rogue and he has done some terrible things. But Vance still feels sorrow for the boy.

He did much to Yona’s dismay. “You better shut your filthy mouth, before I fuck you up so bad you have to go see Sarek.” He growled, his feet sliding apart, taunting her into making the first move. Sarek, the youngest of the three, was a formidable fighter who much preferred learning the art of healing and medicine from Yona. Castor had passed much of his knowledge down and as such Yona had taught several humans and Nephilim alike over the years. Sarek was the smallest of the kids, with long black hair, golden eyes and light gray/blue wings he resembled his great grandfather the most. A thing I was oddly happy about, it was almost like I had a piece of that asshole with me still.

Beside her stood Ivander Gale, the Wind Seeker, his calm demeanor betraying the hurricane-like powers he could summon at will. To Elysia's right was Raiden Stormcaller, a master of lightning and thunder, whose electric presence crackled with power. The lightning tattoos on his arms seemed to pulse, hinting at the destructive energy he could unleash. Standing next to Raiden was Mira Watersong, known for her water-based abilities and the tranquil aura she carried—deceptively so, for she could flood a battlefield in moments.

Hunter sighed and ran a hand through his hair, “There is a bit of an elemental pull on how they separate them.” “Like fire, water, and air?” I asked. “And earth,” he nodded, “Each element is represented by a clan and certain abilities originate from them.” “What are the clan names?” Callie jumped in, standing beside me now. “The Lux clan represents air, Rae represents water, Knox represents earth and Delazar represents fire.” “Are you from the Delazar clan?” I asked, remembering Sam the night before when he was talking to Collin. He didn’t say the name with love, that’s for sure.

How can I let it go like this? The bastard who hurt her is going to be dead soon. Eventually, a week after, Brayden Marshall was beheaded by Prince Rhyker.

Maya sprawled her petite body on the comforter, her bag falling next to her as she was assured that she was a magnet for drama. But at least she was glad this drama had nothing to do with her new bane of existence and though many people recognized her as Xavier's fiancée they were more interested in what she was working on with Jared. She didn't know much about marketing and adverts but what she did know was that they have gotten people to stop now and listen, definitely they would be watching.

I can see the slight shadow of stubble, the sharp cut of his jaw, the way his pupils are dilated despite the dim lighting. "I am Tyler Raxon Raven." The air leaves my lungs. The club spins. Blood drains from my face so fast I actually sway. My legs turn to water. If the table wasn't behind me, I'd be on the floor. Tyler Raxon Raven. The Alpha of Raytheon.
