His wolves fanned out, surrounding Kael's pack. "Lyra Moonwood is not your pack member," Cassian said softly. "She never was. She's my sister. My blood. And you've been holding her against her will." Gasps rippled through both packs. Kael stared at me, then at Cassian. His mind was working—I could see it. Calculating. "Sister," he repeated. "You expect me to believe an Omega is sister to the Dread Alpha?"
