The skies tore like silk set ablaze. Vaelith’s true form towered above the battlefield now, no longer cloaked in illusion or shadow. She was cosmic, a being made of collapsed galaxies and forgotten prayers, her hair a veil of void, her voice a gravitational command. And yet, standing beneath her, Liora did not kneel. She burned. Starfire wrapped around her in spiraling rings, not just light, but memory. Each flicker carried the lives of those who had come before her. Serenya. The Moon Priestesses. The lost wolves of the Starcourt. Even the ones her mother had failed.

Pyrite whispered, “We are sorry. We thought that it would be best because we are both interested in men, we didn’t want you to feel like you weren’t enough for us because you are female.” Upon reaching our room, Pyrite walked up to the door and opened it. I quickly walked in with Sapphire, then Pyrite walked in and locked the door. I sat her on her feet and we both held onto her. “I, Onyx Heartsfire-” I said. “And I, Pyrite Heartsfire-” Pyrite said next. “Accept you, Sapphire Moonstone, as our mate and Queen,” we finished together. All we heard was her screams as her and her wolf's emotions returned with full force. She screamed and cried.

Raven’s POV The dream made no sense. I was running, my feet sinking into the mud every step I took. The sky above me was red, but there was no sun, no moon, no stars. Just endless red, like the heavens had been set on fire. A voice whispered my name. I gasped and turned, but there was no one. Only shadows stretching across the ground, shifting, twisting, reaching for me. Then I heard crying, and the voice sounded like Yara's.

That will change now. She approaches Raven, who is whimpering, trying to move, and puts her hand on his head and says: - Obliviscitur – (forgets). She releases Raven and orders Gary to shift back. In Gary's Mind, a wolf without any conscience, with a blank mind, looks around, curls up and falls asleep. Zog flies through the forest and sees something that catches his eye. Using his vision, he can see that it is a group of men sitting around a fire. Energy was noticed under something near them. Maybe a prisioner.

"Don't play dumb with me, Raven. I know you were at Damien's territory. I know you had a meeting with him. And now he's dead. I did send you to him, remember?” Raven looked up, her gaze matching mine. "I did not kill him, Alpha Fenrir. I swear it." I took a step closer, my voice dropping to a low menacing growl. "You expect me to believe that? You, were the last person to meet with him…and all of a sudden he is dead. Common Raven make this easy for the both of us.” Raven's face lost its color, but she stood her ground. "I didn't kill him, Alpha. I'm telling the truth. How can a weakling like me kill an alpha like Damien?”

But, the mating bond obviously didn't care about my feelings. Slowly, I moved backwards, trying not to announce my presence. In that moment, Aries froze, turning to look at me. His eyes were pitch black, and through his parted lips, I could see his menacing fangs. Recognition crossed his features, and he slowly pulled away from Ariella, his eyes returning to their usual silver colour. "Raven... what are you doing here?" He asked, his voice sounding pained. I clenched my fists, glancing at Ariella, who had straightened, her eyes filled with mockery.

The thing was roaring like a fool. It was standing and facing the moon like he was talking to it. Raiden started to move very slowly, so as not to attract the creature's attention. He ran as fast as he could, but due to his size, the creature was able to go after him, and it was just one step before it could capture him when someone got in between. He had the chance to stare at the two of them. They have got powerful and big bodies built with strong arms; their eyes are in flames and their heads are wolf-like. "Werewolves!"

The overwhelming feeling of fear started to creap in but the breeze seemed to wrap me in the scent like a hug and it quickly faded as I realize that for some reason the moon goddess her self cared about what happened to me. "Rouge, what are we going to do?" Scarlet's voice broke the silence as the breeze calmed and with it my fear and anxiety faded. "I'm not one hundred precent sure Scar, but if I know anything it's that everything will be okay. I have the attention and protection of the moon goddess, my future is some how important enough for her to have stepped in when there was a risk for my secret to be exposed." I smiled at my best friend but was suprised that she seemed even more worri

I cleared my throat. "I am Raven Volkov and this is my marked mate Noah Brinx," I said and heard the murmurings get noisy. "Both your families are well known in several cryptid circles, you're both like Royalty, but don't expect me to bow. I don't do that, " she said sternly. I nodded hoping that she could see it in the dark.

The biggest smile on his face. “Happy Birthday, Raven.” He said, handing me the flowers. I was stunned for a moment, but then a smile crept onto my face, and I hugged him. The gesture alone was enough to get me choked up. I had never had a real birthday. He released me and as he stepped away, I noticed a tattoo on his arm, a fire breathing dragon. “Riley they are so beautiful.!” I had never received flowers from anyone before. I started spending more and more time with Riley, searching through the wreckage with him, talking, and going on secret adventures. When we spent time together, the world around us seemed to fade away.
