Parmin, pemuda perantau yang berjualan kopi di depan sebuah rumah sakit tua di kota tua Wathugede. Suatu malam, ia mendapatkan pesanan kopi dari seorang gadis dari kamar mayat tepat di pukul 00.00 malam. Setelah itu, ia memasuki dimensi rekaman kejadian. Semenjak itu pula Parmin mengalami mimpi buruk dan memutuskan untuk pulang kampung ke kota Subang. Di kampung yang terpencil, Parmin mengalami teror demi teror dari tiga kumara merah yang memiliki dendam. Apakah hubungan mereka di masa lalu? Dendam apa yang mereka miliki? Dapatkah Parmin menyelamatkan diri dan keluarganya dari teror para kumara merah? Siapakah yang selalu mengawasi dan menjaga Parmin selama ini?
