The Death He Never Died

The Death He Never Died

I gripped tight, but he slipped right through and fell. I watched helplessly as Brandon vanished from my sight, tumbling into the abyss. Not a sound from him. Brandon's death was not on me, but it happened right before my eyes. My brain short-circuited for a second before it hit me to call the cops. Maybe Brandon could still be saved? Revenge had crossed my mind, but I never wanted blood on my hands. I dialed 911, and the cops were on the move in no time. The rescue team found Brandon at the cliff's base, his head cracked open on a rock—dead on impact.

Fading to Zero

Fading to Zero

I hoped to leave our story with the last bit of grace. However, he did not even give me that chance, so I did not want that dignity anymore. Besides, what dignity was there in a relationship already broken beyond repair, soaked in betrayal and lies? It was just my own self-deception. Zach stared at me, desperately searching my eyes for even the slightest emotion. Yet there was nothing left there he recognized. There was no love, no anger, no sadness, not even hatred. His hand dropped abruptly. The ring fell to the ground, and he did not even notice.

The Playboy's Downfall

The Playboy's Downfall

And suddenly, he pushed her away, making Tilda’s back hit on the cold corner of the elevator. Tilda groaned in pain. “W-Why—” “I told you, I’m not that Zero that you used to know. And we already cut ties long ago. I don’t want you in my life anymore. If you repeat this, I’m afraid I might kill you,” Zero threatened, and after a few seconds, the elevator opened. Zero furiously got out of the elevator, rushed towards his Lamborghini, and sped away. TILDA WAS caught in awe because of Zero. She couldn’t believe that he would turn like that—he looks like a monster that at any moment, he will rip your head off your body.

Replaced by His First Love

Replaced by His First Love

If he wants to see the glitch in his perfect world, I will show him exactly how much it's going to cost him to fix it. Valerius raises the watch, and in the reflection of the glass, I see it—a countdown, glowing in red pixels that shouldn't exist in a stable system. Protocol Zero. He mouths a single word, silent beneath the hum of the dying machines. *Begin.*

The Full Moon Murders

The Full Moon Murders

Evelyn moved carefully, every step echoing through the silence. Lucian stood beside her, his eyes locked on the center of the chamber: a console. Old, humming with subdued power. Around it stood pods—some shattered, some sealed. And in the far back, a figure floated, suspended in some kind of cryo-gel. Evelyn's voice came out hoarse. “Is that…” “Subject Zero,” Lucian said. “The first. Before me. Before you.” She didn’t ask who it used to be. She looked at the console, jaw tight. “How do we destroy it?”

SEVER ZERO

SEVER ZERO

Ren said, his eyes burning with the cold fire of a revolution that had just gone global. He looked at Leo and Kara. "We wake every player. We arm every NPC. We turn Aethelgard into an impenetrable fortress." Ren slung the rifle over his shoulder, his posture straightening into that of a true commander. "Server Zero is officially online. And we are going to burn their entire network to the ground."

Zeroed Out

Zeroed Out

"It's just me." "You're about to deliver. Where's your husband?" My lips trembled, and tears slid down the sides of my face. "He's dead." Pity flickered across the nurse's expression, and she softened her voice. "Don't worry. The mother's life always comes first." After three years of indifference and cruelty, he might as well be dead. Just before they wheeled me into the operating room, my phone buzzed. The private investigator I hired overseas had sent the latest photos of Jasper.

Death To The Alpha

Death To The Alpha

I am nothing if I do not live and die for them. I memorized it. He said it enough that it almost became a secret comfort to me. Something that he shared with himself, but I somehow got a part of without him knowing. Enzo nearly died for me the day he got me out. Like me, he witnessed his family’s demise. Yet Enzo focused on ensuring my safety. He lost everything the same way I did. To the same people I did. Hell, I get it; I understand it, but I still fucking hate it.

Holy crap.. this was absolutely amazing!!Definitely some tough parts throughout to read, but man was it well written, flowed well, and had amazing character progression. It’s a slow burn, but it’s so worth it! This author is becoming one of my favorites! Author - absolutely amazing job!! :)

Wow, I couldn't put this book down. The story is about revenge, learning to trust, finding family, and healing through trauma. The fight scenes can be graphic, but they are balanced by steamy make-out sessions. The second love interest is not abusive, but he has a secret. Great job.

Death or Marriage!

Death or Marriage!

He was one of my closest buddies. But that’s not the problem here. I freeze as a scary realization hits me. Today is the 27th of December. Ten years ago at exactly 11:00 am New York time, my father was found dead in his office by his secretary. Bella and I never got the full story since we were too young, but the cause of his death remains a mystery to us. And now the time is 11:03 am. Three minutes ago I received that call from Greece.

The Day My Survival Score Reached Zero

The Day My Survival Score Reached Zero

Anonymous gossip accounts. A clip of Sophia practicing tears before entering Julian’s office. Then another file opened. The dockside explosion. The footage was grainy, but clear enough to show Sophia opening the restricted gate she had sworn she never touched. My chest tightened, though I no longer had a body that could hurt. So that was why I had died in the first place. So that was why I had been dragged into this world. Dante’s face turned gray. Julian gripped the table. Adrian stepped back as if the floor had shifted beneath him.
