Owned By My Father's Rival

And somewhere, in a small apartment in a big city, a family was finally at peace. --- The End. --- No more running. No more hiding. No more ghosts. Just love. Just hope. Just them. And they lived. Not happily ever after—because that's not real. But happily, for now. Happily, for today. Happily, together. That was enough. That was everything.

I really loved this story!! The storyline was different from so many of the others from this genre! I loved the characters and their interactions. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was that there were some grammatical errors and sometimes speaking was attributed to the wrong person.

Unexpected Love

I tell him, covering his mouth with one of my hands, "don't tell me the ending, I didn't read the whole book so that you come to spoil the ending with a spoiler." "Okay, you're right, sorry." He sits to the side and stares at me while I finish reading. "You're right," I say closing the book. - In what? He asks, puzzled. "I didn't like the ending," I say, pouting and lean back in my chair, "why did the protagonist have to die?" "Actually, it seemed like a good ending to me." - Because? I turn to see him. —Because it is more realistic, it is not based on the typical and they lived happily ever after, in real life not everything turns out to be rosy, there are also tragedies, and that you rarel

90 Days

90 Days

Who knew she could end up having a family with the gangster that kidnapped her and turned her into a sub, sounds absurd but she loves it that way. Guess her story also has a happy ending and she can say they all lived happily ever after. Although they will keep having battles to fight, together, they are strong and will always overcome every battle. Ninety days turned into forever. THE END.

Her Fairytale Ending

Her Fairytale Ending

The family is quoted with the usual “we just don’t understand how someone could do this to our angel.” I don’t mean to sound heartless here, but I know in this particular case, the family is full of shit. How do I know this? Well, I’m the one who made the woman disappear. I have made so many unhappy women disappear over the years that I have begun to lose count. I don’t kill them, at least not intentionally. I simply offer them everything their hearts desire and let’s face it, their hearts always desire true love. So cliché.

Alpha's Regret: Mommy, Daddy, We Want to Be Together!

Alpha's Regret: Mommy, Daddy, We Want to Be Together!

You reminded me that stories aren’t just words on a page—they’re shared experiences, and we lived this one together. Will there be more stories in this universe someday? Maybe. But for Nathan and Sophia, this is where we leave them—at peace, in love, surrounded by everyone who matters. A wolf and his Luna. Children racing through the dark with glow sticks. Hearts finally at rest. Thank you—for reading, for unlocking, for loving these characters as much as I do. This ending is yours as much as it’s theirs. So here’s to Alpha’s Regret. Here’s to happy endings that feel earned.

I absolutely loved Nathan and feel so bad for him. He really loves Sophia, and seeing him hurt makes me realize how tough things can be. You never truly understand someone's struggles unless you're in their shoes. Fingers crossed for Nathan, because I'm slowly falling head over heels for Luca.

I Make My Own Happy Ending

I Make My Own Happy Ending

“…Are you being serious right now?” demanded Jester. “If I am?” “That’s absurd!” “It is, isn’t it?” the old lady said. Then she cackled loudly, and Jester felt like an idiot for believing her, even if it was just for a moment. “It is quite a ridiculous notion. To think that the well-being of all three worlds would depend on the love between two people. It’s like a romance novel.” “It’s not a funny joke, Commander.”

A Fairytale's End

A Fairytale's End

Zach, what kind of man are you? [My heart hurts for Sienna. Something this huge happened, and her boyfriend’s nowhere to be seen!] When Sienna saw the flood of support from her fans, she cried harder. She wiped at her tears as she spun a new story. “My wedding with Lance was fake! He threatened me with our private photos. I never agreed to any of it!” “Zach, please come back to me. I can’t live without you!” Suddenly, public opinion swung entirely in her favor.

Frequently Asked Questions

Man, that's a great question. For a proper happy ending, it's not just about the final chapter—it's the whole emotional arc building to a point where you close the book with a full heart. Something like Fredrik Backman's 'A Man Called Ove' does this beautifully. You start with this grumpy old man and you're just watching his walls come down brick by brick, through these small, stubborn acts of community. The ending isn't explosive; it's quiet and settled, leaving you with this profound warmth about human connection. It’s cathartic in the best way.

I lean toward character-driven stories for this. 'The House in the Cerulean Sea' by T.J. Klune is another one that feels like a literary hug. The protagonist goes from this gray, bureaucratic existence to finding a vibrant, chaotic family, and the joy is in the transformation. The happiness feels earned because he chooses it, step by awkward step. You finish it and just want to be a little kinder, a little more open to weirdness. That’s the mark of a truly uplifting read—it changes your posture toward the world for a little while.
